She listens well, observes closely, and is clearly knowledgeable and skilled with exercises, soft tissue work, and stretches. In addition, I find her manner very helpful; serious and professional, but with a comfortable and encouraging manner.

Great PT services-of all kinds. Not just for pelvic PT. They take good care of you. Pricey, but worth it.
I've been seeing Stephanie to treat my diastasis after two big babies. Her athletic background makes a huge difference in understanding my physical and mental challenges in wanting to regain strength and be active again. She's given me information and feedback that I was not finding anywhere else, despite my extensive research and visit with a more generalized sports PT. After four visits, I'm seeing a big difference physically and in the gym!
