Store is moving and so it seemed like half the store is gone. That’s fine we still had fun. Lots of stuff did not have prices and I felt awkward asking bc the staff looked grumpy.

One lady at the counter kept mean mugging us for no reason LOL probably wouldn’t of thought much of it unless I read the reviews. Had no problem with them but definitely think you should smile a little more. Maybe she thought I was going to ask to throw away something or use the bathroom

Maybe the new location will cheer them up we will def check it out just hope you all can find some peace and happiness:)

Stopped by to shop. Had an EMPTY drink cup in my hand. I asked if they had a garbage can was told by a very rude, older lady (with a bad haircut that needs cosmetic surgery) “we don’t take things like that”.

Right down the street are plenty of other antique shops ran by nice people that don’t need rhinoplasty!

UPDATE: Based upon the stores reply all the more reason why everyone should avoid the cranky old women!

We've visited this store many times over the last 8 years. We always find something. Seems to be a lot of negative reviews on here related to staff. We've always had a good experience so don't let the naysayers keep you away. If you like antiquing, you should check this place out.

Staff very rude. Had a small piece of trash I wanted to throw away. Was told they “don’t have any trash cans in the entire store”! Was told to take it outside, and I couldn’t carry it around. Nobody smiled the whole time.

I visited Rebel's Roost Antique Emporium on 7/3/23 with my family and the staff nembers were extremely rude from the moment we walked in the door. They seemed bothered and annoyed when we asked to see items in a cabinet. They even refused to open a cabinet for another customer there that was going to purchase an item. Then, as we were walking around 20 minutes before their posted closing time, the lights began to turn off on us and the staff was going around gathering everyone up to leave.

After we left, we decided to give it another chance on 7/4/23 as we didn't get to walk through the whole store before it closed early. We went back with hopes the staff would be kinder, but we were met with the same attitude and unwillingness to help from two different staff members. We had some huffing and puffing from one after we asked to see an item.

I wish I read the ratings before going there. Just seeing the way that the business responds to their online reviews is a testament to how they are in-person. They should be learning from these reviews rather than attacking the customer who writes it.

On the brighter side, HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!

I should have read previous reviews on this place before I wasted my time. I visited Rebel's Roost with my family on the afternoon of July 3rd, 2023. The two older women working the front desk acted very rudely, made it very clear they did not want to help any customers, and took it upon themselves to close twenty minutes early without warning. We decided to give the store another chance on the morning of July 4th, 2023 and two different older women were again very rude at the front desk. Maybe it's a combination of the hot and stuffy temperature and dust in the store that is agitating them? If you have a booth in this store you may want to reconsider who you have representing your business!

But other than that, happy 4th of July!

Good place for variety of antiques. Nice employees. Though charged me too much on item I purchased. Should of been 4.00 they charged me 8.00 less 10%. I would go back again. I always went here before covid. Now finally went again. I highly recommend this place. Can't figure out how to answer you but it was today 6/30/2023. Item DLB Boston CD. Sticker said 4.00. My receipt says 8.00 10% discount. Amt charged 7.20. No big deal. I love the store.

This place was super cool. It had a huge variety of things. There's an upstairs and a downstairs. Lots of glass, china, jewelry and other random household items.

Beautiful store with unique items.not a junk store with price tags. I'm pretty picky about crafts and antiques and this place is one of the better I've seen in the area.

Definitely not worth a visit! Save your time and money! Evidently it’s a buisness that needs to learn people skills!
