Rooms extremely small with 2 full size beds. No carpeting, but floors and the room were clean. Walls very thin. We heard people arguing on both sides of our room.

Didn't have high expectations, just wanted a clean room with no bugs and that's what we got. Mattress looked pretty new, bathroom was clean. That's all I ask for at a place like this. Parking lot was kind of active with people smoking and just hanging out. They asked for ID's of all guests and license plate numbers, so they seem to be intending to keep good security. Not bad.

The only thing I can complain about is that we were watched as we packed up our car and they don't alow cats when on there site it said all 4 legged are allowed.

We wanted a different red carpet location on the other side of town but got booked here by mistake and they wouldn't let us cancel without 24 hours notice.total on reservation and what we got charged was $40 more which seems to be the norm anymore I guess.after reading the reviews for this place I looked really hard, even moving furniture. I found no roaches or bedbugs.there was one dead bug in a corner but it wasn't a roach.the sheets were clean as well as the bathroom.the place is obviously old but it has been remodeled.kind of a sketchy area and you had to sign a form at check-in saying you won't be doing anything illegal.the woman at the desk said to fill in vehicle info if we have one.she watched us get out of our truck. I said I don't think we walked here from Pittsburgh.she just looked at me.that all being said our room was fine.overpriced for what we got and I'm sure not all of the rooms are the same from the way she was talking.not horrible but I wouldn't stay again

Place is dirty, there was stains underneath the sheets like they weren't washed and just covered up so you can't see. Place smells like a casino with stale cigarettes smell lingering in the room. Not a place for families more like a place for a quick night time activies.

Roaches! I knew it was not a luxury hotel when I booked it, but we thought it would be okay, it came at a great price. First sign was a large canister of bug spray behind the front desk. The room was kind of dingy but clean enough for the price, did not look like the comforters had been washed but it wasn't too bad. The big deal for us, was within 5 minutes. We found two roaches. This was in the daytime, I can't imagine what the full infestation would have looked like at night. We walked right out, called hotwire, explained to them the situation, and they returned our money. They did say that the hotel refused to give us a refund but they gave it to us anyway. If your financial situation allows it, stay somewhere else. If you're financial situation does not allow it, sleep in your car. At least you won't get bed bugs.

Clearly, not a luxury hotel room, but it was clean and comfortable I would stay here again. The only thing we saw was a brown smudge on the lights in the bathroom which possibly could have been paint from painting the bathroom. There was no disgusting smells in the room or bathroom both clean. Staff very nice. Great amount of parking overall a quiet stay. Did not get a chance to try the Indian restaurant on the lower level of the hotel but if you like Indian food, it smelled delicious. Will give it a try next time. Pool was closed but that’s OK. I was there for a quick stay for a wedding and shopping wasn’t trying to mess my hair up anyway. There was no breakfast, however they do offer juice and coffee in the morning for a couple hours and plenty of delicious places around to have breakfast.

After making reservations and fully paying for the room, and providing requested items at check in, we were shockingly locked out of our 2nd floor (stairs) room after a day of shopping on day 2 of our 3 night stay. The reason? They wanted another form of ID for their file on the FULLY PAID ROOM. LOCKED OUT. KEY DEACTIVATED. We stood there, in the heat and humidity, trying the key over and over. All of our bags on the ground, after climbing up 2 sets of stairs. Trekked down the stairs to the front desk, where they refused to issue us a new key unless we provided another ID. We were shown a note left by management to not issue a new key until we cooperated. The room was FULLY PAID FOR. We provided everything they asked for at check-in. No offer was made to attempt to make this right or satisfy our inconveniences experience. Customer appreciation and retention does not exist there.
They have a different perspective of things in third world countries. Unfortunately, many times those perspectives are carried into the U. S.
I would never, ever recommend this place. There are many other nice options.
If you do happen to go there, don’t trip over the huge bucket that collects grease from the adjoining restaurant’s external oven fans. It’s right at the foot of the stairs to your room, below the two huge sets of spinning blades.

Pros -
- seems they offer rooms by hour
- extremely bright light bulbs for mixing chemicals
- Many law enforcement nearby as I was checking in as they surrounded the hotel and took out several men in handcuffs
- you can still smoke in the rooms as evidenced by 4 cig burns in the blankets
- The dark red stains on sheets did not seem fresh (looks like they were washed)
- as I nightshift nurse it was quiet during the day, everyone else was sleeping then also
- Doesn’t seem to be a pet limit

Cons
- scary beyond words

I was given a private room in a separate area. Room was spacious, clean and instead of carpet had new wooden floor. I liked it. Good value.

Give this a one star because the advertisement is very deceiving got people hanging outside the rooms just gives you an eerie vibe when you arrive.

Room was ok. Clean, quiet area. I just didn't like the fact that, if you pick 2 guest for the room, you have to show ID for both people staying there, or you can't be registered in. That's exactly what i was told and had to do before getting the room i paid for in advance. No notice for any other adult in the room has to show ID.

It was absolutely DISGUSTING here. They didn't refund us for the room even though we had proof (pictures) of roaches crawling around. The room reeked of cigarettes and was filthy. As soon as we saw the bugs we packed our stuff and left. It doesn't matter how much a motel/hotel charges, the rooms should NEVER be in such horrible conditions. This place needs shut down!

It was just one night, but we needed a warm pit stop for us and our dog before gathering with family for Christmas. You nailed it: we were cozy, well-rested (even the dog, who rarely sleeps through the night at home) and ready to celebrate the following morn.
