17Service was great. I really enjoyed the Brussel sprouts appetizer and my meal of a shrimp Caesar salad. Everything tasted so fresh. Will definitely be back!
We hadn't been there for about a year and a half. Everything was wonderful. So glad to be back.
Andrew was excellent as our server. He was new but went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
We waited 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not crowded. The Hostess's demeanor was rude. Our waitress was good, with the exception when we paid our bills. She was tipped well, yet, no Thankyou, come again. Covid has made people rather rude. I won't be visiting RL in a long while.
Great service. Amazing atmosphere. Beautiful food. Overall i recommend it to anyone but be warned it can get pricey.
The greeter at door was not very pleasant. Had to wait on a server to get drink for 10 minutes.food was ok for not being busy it should of been hot but it was warm. Service was slow and not very pleasant.
It is interesting to see a local chain franchise distinguish itself. This place did a masterful job and seems to be coping well with the Covid restrictions. The Brussels sprouts were superb, biscuits hot and fresh as expected. The bake potato was amazing. It sounds simple, but is often mediocre in restaurants. This one was fluffy, hot, with crispy skin, fully but not overcooked. The fried shrimp was amazing too, cooked just the right amount of time. The fried whitefish was flavorful and and well cooked. The salmon had a tasty sauce, like a teriyaki. Service was good. Prices are moderate, though you can run it up if you are not careful, but they had enough choices to go around. Well done.
The menu is very short now. They have cut quite a few corners to make up for lost revenue like salt and pepper grinders are now dollar store shakers, the house salad is not an option anymore, just their version of a Cesar salad (cheese, lettuce, croutons) only! Rice pilaf has been replaced with cheaper version. Rice with quinoa. If you order Brussel sprouts there is a $1.99 up charge. The good news is it's still going to cost you just as much to eat there!
Great food and friendly service. We ordered one of the family meals for four. We picked it up and we had everything we needed for a complete meal just like we would if we ate in the restaurant. Thanks Red Lobster Team!
Good food. Biscuits a little over done but crab legs and chocolate wave dessert were delicious.
We had a wonderful experience. Every time we go here we love the food and today's waiter Philip did a wonderful job.
The server was attentive but had cigarette odor. The salad had brown and red romaine pieces throughout. The scampi was bland. The crab legs and lobster tail we got were overcooked and dried out from sitting in the window.
Had to go in search for an employee to seat us as we and another couple stood for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to show up. Couldn't get a booth as all of them dirty. Food took a while to get. Waitrrss very nice but I think she was the only one for the whole dining room. Sad.
So glad inside dining was available. Always enjoy the garlic cheddar biscuits and there are reasonably priced specials and entrees. Dana, my server was the epitome of professionalism and courteousness.
Good service, food was subpar tonight, which was abnormal. Main concern is what was subpar at a seafood restaurant, the seafood. When my wife and I choose to go out and spend $80 for our anniversary at a seafood resturant, shrimp shouldn't be tough lobster tail shouldn't be rubber and salmon 9f all things shouldn't be undercooked to a point it doesn't even flake apart and is near red.unlike this establishment for sure, hope they dont do it twice in a row or im not coming back.
I love red lobster and have been at many locations but this one is by far the worst. Shrimp was not fresh hard and scribble guess they thought the butter would suffice. Also I order asparagus by far the driest and thinnest so I told the waitress and he has the poorest customer service so dry and bland no enthusiasm at all serving. So it comes back the exact same thing so I didn’t even bother and just asked for green beans. I had the unlimited shrimp didn’t have the Alfredo which is surprising and didn’t have broccoli as well. Overall just the worst experience I’ve had a a red lobster was not worth my money hope they do better. Really dissatisfied ruined me and my fiancé’s anniversary
