I don't have any complaints from our last couple of orders from this location, they got the orders right, the food was good, done on time. We do take out usually.
I have to say pre Pandemic during pandemic and post pandemic the location of Pleasant Hills Red Lobster kicks butt making patrons happy safe and feeling like their family and important. I’ve been a regular Red Lobster customer for years because of the quality and quantity of food and atmosphere for the price not to mention the consistency of service and food. Thanks for everything that you’ve done to make this my home away from home and your doing great! Thanks for my awesome service and food (BING) your place and staff kick (BUTT)!
I went there was a group from my church and there were 11 of us and it took them forever just to get our drinks and bring the biscuits the meals were good the drinks were good but afterwards they screwed up all the checks they had desserts on some people checked that didn't have deserts and charging people for other stuff and not charging other people for things so yeah they had it all screwed up but we enjoyed ourselves it just took so long for them to get our food and everything out it was a long wait
Food was good but services was bad the waiter would just disappear for long periods of time there for 2 hours only got two drink refills
While traveling on business, Red Lobster was one of the closest restaurants (to my liking) near the hotel. No lie.the 2 times I had eaten dinner there.my entree was messed up in some kind of way. Ironically, I had the same waitress each time as well.so in spite of all the issues that occurred with my meal, the waitress remained professional and continued to provide the best customer service. The 5 stars definitely goes out to her! I believe her name is Alexis.
I went to experience the endless shrimp and was not disappointed. My favorite was the teriyaki shrimp. I like their champagne vinaigrette dressing.
I like going there every year for my birthday. Hadn't been in awhile so decided to go. Good food, good atmosphere
Came in with my grandparents with 2 $100 gift cards. Finished with $50 bucks left and used it to tip the server. Very filling and great service!
I came for crab fest and got the crab stuffed shrimp with the salmon and langostino mashed potatoes. It was delicious. I ordered this drink the old fashioned and it went well with my meal
Been here before food is just tipical for these kind of places but this well be the last time we will be going to be visiting Red lobster.
I Know we got there around 8: 30 pm but there is no excuse for just plan bad food. Everything tasted old and we even sent back a side of asparagus that look like it had been sitting out from the night before. Take your Chances if you want but I my opinion you better off at eat in park for fish then this so called seafood restaurant.
Christina was great! I got an order for pick-up, the bartender was madd pleasant and hospitable. I'm not much of a Red Loboisseur so I just order biscuits most tymes but I decided to mix it up a bc i had a gift card. I do suggest hitting up the bar here as the company was friendly and the environment clean.
Wasn't that impressed by this particular store. The food staff and environment very average for the price. It was OK.
Food was good, as usual. I had Scott as a server. He was on top of our needs from start to finish and super polite. He gave the kind of service you would expect anywhere you go, but you usually don't get it. That just made the meal better. I will return.
The service was impeccable, the food (oh my goodness) our server is allthat you could ask for, we didnt have to ask for anything. She was the BEST. Please let her know she provided top-notch service.
My friend and I had lunch at the pleasant hills location. We really enjoyed the food. I ordered the coconut shrimp. We went with the combo that was soup, salad entrée and dessert. It was delicious! Our server was very pleasant and accommodating. All in all we had a very pleasant experience… The food was really good!
I love Red Lobster it wasn't that busy that day so our waitress basically treated us as if we were her only customers. She was the best. I didn't get her name but we were there on Wednesday June 20th around 7. I will constantly go to Red Lobster I love Red Lobster I love seafood and I love great customer service and that's what we got that day

It's Red Lobster fast food Seafood. Had great service as usual waiter was friendly courteous and nice didn't have to wait longer no longer than usual for each course to come out. Server was very knowledgeable about the menu cuz we did ask a lot of questions we haven't been there in a while. And she greatly added two hours. There at Red Lobster. Keep up the good work guys!
