Delicious food and friendly service! Our server was very attentive and checked in on us plenty. Very good manners and kind service. Food was hot and very flavorful, and the server kept our area clean. Definitely planning to come back!
All you can eat shrimp was dry, they cut down how many you get at 1st wasn't worth the money I'm a reward person but not worth the point. Red loster has change for the worst thank you now I must move on. Ocean treasure here I come.
We were extremely disappointed with our service, our meal. We love red lobster but the location in Monroeville PA just was not up to par! They seated us in a place we asked not to be seated (the bar) in bc we had a baby, They weren't polite, even the food wasn't as good as usual.
Food was delicious. Had the snowcrab legs with some sides. Very nice. Lok forward to the next time
Ordered online at 5: 30 PM to pick up at nearly 7 pm. I show up and my food isn’t ready, no big deal, I sit for another 30 mins. After I ask to cancel my order, only at that point am I told they did not have enough items made up to finish my order and no eta. Totally unacceptable especially since I ordered nearly an hour and a half ago. Will not return
The food was made to perfect and the seafood was fresh as it could be. Shrimp scampi was cooked right this time. Last time it was under done.
The food was good but that is not at all why I give 5 stars. This visit to Red Lobster was the first in about 15 years and by far one of the best experiences we have had out to dinner for quite some time. Our server "Joanne" was excellent, enthusiastic and nice! Yes, nice a shame I have to point that out in hospitality service. We will definitely go back to visit Joanne! The server can 100% make or break the experience. Thank you Joanne!
Went in an no one was there to help me I seen what I thought was my order behind the bar an others were waiting as well so I decided to go find help time is money in my business found two ladies at the hostess stand an said I believe my order is sitting behind the bar she went an looked an it was

The service was impeccable, sandy was our waitress, she is what the food service industry is about. Keep up the excellent work, I give it ten stars
Waitress kept disappearing for long stretches of time. We were there later with hardly anyone else inside. So I couldn't even blame it on their being busy. Messed up a take home order which we waited 30 minutes for. Manager fixed that easily! Crab was soggy, food not what it used to be. If you are going to spend the money I would suggest somewhere else, and I am super disappointed as i loved this restaurant. Fingers crossed its just during the pandemic.
I give up on red lobster. Food is way too expensive for what you get. They may as well be severing microwaved food. McDonald's be better.
No greeting while walking in. No thank you after being seated. Biscuits were great. They always are. Scallops wrapped in bacon were not cooked. No part of that bacon was cooked. Brocolli was mushy and over done as were the Brussel sprouts. The steak was actually decent but the Lobster was just ok as well as the snow crab legs. Nice server. I definitely won't be returning. If the food is not on point there is no point in going back.
