Food was delicious and plenty of food. Only exception was I was to pick up at 5 and I waited about a half hour before anyone brought my order. And had to ask for it.

I was disappointed this used to be my favorite restaurant. We ordered for Christmas eve and the lobster was terrible! I couldn't eat part of it because it was mushy. Guess I have to find a new place for lobster.

Be sure you call and speak to a person to confirm they're open. They close early without any form of notice if they're short staffed.

So disgusted in Scranton PA location! First they got our order wrong, then the mash potatoes had someone’s dirty nail in it. Call them spoke to the Manger Melissa and she thought it was funny. This place is trash

Fantastic server but the experience was terrible. Ordered our apps and dinner and waited. And waited. Server came back to say they were out of chowder, ordered salads and waited. And waited. Server came back to say they were out of batter for the fish and chips. Reordered and waited. And waited. Went to see what was happening and the manager apologized and said there were only two cooks.everyone else called out. Very backlogged.very slow. Finally got our food.they found the batter for the fish and chips! Server was a doll but the bottom line was they should have announced that they were short staffed so the right expectation was set from the minute we walked in. Great server, poor management.

I didn't expect to like the chain restaurant, but dang, it was done right. I was there on a Monday so I chose to have the endless shrimp special. You get two different types of shrimp {and they will keep it coming} plus one side. I got the baked potato. It came with biscuits that were really delicious. The thing that impressed me was that they did not overcook the shrimp. Everything was perfect. The our server was quite nice also, and helpful.

Food was good but had to send back the lobster tail and brussel sprouts because they were over cooked. Friendly employees

It was nasty and disgusting the food was dry and over cooked the receptionist was disrespectful and rude when we came in the restaurant the waiter didn’t offer to see if we wanted anything else the manager didn’t take off what she should have this was my first time coming here from being out of town and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this red lobster the one in Wilkes barre is so much better

Endless shrimp.
Sure has changed over the years!
Used to be 2 sides n a salad. Now.
One side. No salad. But the nonstop shrimp are still the great attraction!
Tonights waitress kept them coming. Plate after plate. Delicious!

Stopped by Red lobster yesterday to celebrate my father being in remission from cancer.our server, Chris, was fantastic! Very friendly, personable, accommodating.but most of Uplifting. Oh yeah, and food was fantastic too. We'll be back and definitely be requesting Chris to take care of us

Red Lobsters are basically all the same. We had a trainee named Daniel he was nice and seemed to be catching on quickly. We got the "ultimate surf and turf", it had the smallest tails I ever saw in my life! But the steak was cooked perfectly and very tender.

Spend $125 on a pick up order. Took them 20 minutes to acknowledge my existence. All the food was cold upon getting my bag. When we arrived home we noticed we were missing most of our sides. And my child's meal

This was my first time to a red lobster and let me just say, I was blown away! The complimentary cheddar biscuits we're absolutely delicious. Fresh baked and delicious garlic butter topped made it worth the trip alone! My party and I ordered one of the feasts and it was absolutely spectacular. Very fresh and Very yummy! Will be back again!

We were there Thursday for lunch. The service was alright from our male server but where we sat was DISGUSTING. So many tables with no one sitting at them had dirty dishes, just sitting there. Unpleasant to look at honestly. Train him better please.

First off, I called and asked if they had a waitlist. The girl who answered the phone said "I don't know what that means, I have to ask my manager". Then came back on the phone and said no she doesn't think they have that. I then asked if there was a wait for a table and she couldn't answer me, she was not the person I would have answering the phone.
We decided to take our chances, and wouldn't you know it they had to put us on a wait list! Seriously no idea! Finally got seated, waitress came, got us drinks. Came back and asked if we were ready? I asked if I could have coconut shrimp instead of Walts shrimp in a feast and she said no, there was no way to put that in the computer! I have been to Red Lobster many, many times and it has always been done for an upcharge. The waitress took our order, she came back with our soup and salad and no rolls. No sooner did we start eating our soup/salad and someone was bringing our meal, still no rolls. Rolls came to our table hallway through the meal. To say we had a terrible experience would be an understatement. I walked out of there unsatisfied with the meal I chose because it wasn't what I really wanted. I do not like Walts shrimp and every feast came with it. What a shame the waitstaff wasn't trained better to be able to sub in a different shrimp!

This visit was lacking in service from our server. The bus boy, who was on day 2 of employment, was fantastic! He was willing to help us a couple times, and paid attention to our needs, while our server was missing in action. Our bus boy is the one who went to check on our biscuits and our salads. We felt like giving the bus boy our tip. The food also seemed to be a bit inconsistent in flavor and temperature. Our table had several of the same seafood, but it was not consistently cooked. It also seemed that some plates cooled from sitting before being brought out. We normally enjoy their food and service much better than this night. This visit might be why the restaurant was half empty. Hoping this was a one time thing, that they can reinforce their staff, and boost their standards again.

The food is always great just wish the restaurant was bigger. They have fantastic business, always so busy! Which I get it, their cheesy rolls are wonderful. Super nice staff and clean restaurant.

Ordered the new fish sandwich - awful. NO taste at all, so under seasoned and it was supposed to have coleslaw on it, , NOPE, just lettuce. The tarter sauce had NO taste. Will be quite some time before I return. Sad.
