Red Lobster, Hampden Township PA

We ordered the endless shrimp the shrimp rangoon was so greasy it turned our stomachs upside down we couldn't eat anymore after that the server kept bringing out shrimp that we didn't order and didn't seem to know what table it belonged to it was supposed to be a birthday celebration but we left because all of our stomachs were turned upside down

We got the Bat Harbor lobster bake family meal for dinner. We didn’t want to eat out so we got it to go. The juice did leak out a bit from its container but not a big deal. The food was still warm after a 20 minute drive. The meal is meant to serve 4 people and that it did. There was plenty to go around and no one got skimped on any of the goodies. Plenty of lobster tails, shrimp, scallops, mussels and noodles for all. And of course biscuits. But we but an extra dozen just in case. We got regular salads to go with our meal and they also were good sized. We had asked for them to hold the onions and they didn’t but not a big deal. Overall an excellent meal. The price was on par with most restaurants and this meal was above the usual fare. Very nice meal for something different.

I have to say the waitress was on point funny perso able and she was a plesure to deal with she was asian cultuse spoke well english and just overall great to be around

Well my family and I frequently go to this particular Red Lobster and usually have had a great experience but last week we took our family who is visiting from the UK and we all had the worst most embarrassing experience ever! The Indonesian waitress was absolutely rude, unfriendly and wasn’t even willing to serve us in a timely manner, talked over us, didn’t listen to anything we had to say then to top it off was demanding a very high tip while slamming the dishes from our table on top of each other while mumbling very rude remarks loudly embarrassing and humiliating all of us. Very sad experience indeed for all of us!

We had the endless shrimp. And the new dynamite shrimp was delicious. And our server, Krista, was the best. She was super attentive. Extremely nice. We never had to ask for anything. She was getting us more shrimp and drinks before we were finished with what we had. It was great.

I ordered takeout (chicken Caesar salad) this evening, drove there to pick it up. They were very busy so had to wait much longer than was stated on my email receipt. I finally got home and discovered they did not include the Caesar dressing. Very frustrating. Their food is not cheap and to leave out an integral part of the dish is extremely irritating. Will not be ordering from Red Lobster again for a long time.

Always love the biscuits. Wife had lobster topped flounder. I had coconut shrimp and broiled flounder. It was good. Server was nice.

This location is much better than the Harrisburg location.the food was prepared much nicer and appealing, the staff was much friendlier and energetic, and the atmosphere was a lot lighter and welcoming. These people made me feel like I was welcome and I felt as though they cared about my dining experience.

Red Lobster Mechanicsburg, PA from a past visit. The shrimp was not deveined. Because of the coating from the sauce I didn't notice this at first. Absolutely disgusting. I will never return they have gone way downhill.

The place could use a remodel, however.the service was great, food was red lobster standard. I didn't like the drinks though, Respectfully they were weak.

Very enjoyable lunch today.food was delicious and our waitress was fab (Niesha?)! Had salad and the cheese biscuits to start and then had the combo platter with 3 choices.shrimp scampi, scallops+fried shrimp.with broccoli!
All you can eat shrimp for $20.00.all day, everyday!

The only people in the area who really know sea food. Very nice servers too. Love the endless shrimp deal.

We went to this location for the first time today because we wanted some cheddar bay biscuits. The service was great from everyone from the host to the servers to the manager and the food was tasty.

Manager was very attentive to both staff and guests. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly.

We had Admiral's Feast and Sirloin Steak, and they were both excellent!
Our server, Mattie, was very attentive, quick, and thoughtful. She was one of the best we've come across!

We went for Father's Day. We went early to avoid the rush. The service and food was excellent. We love their coconut shrimp.

Celebrated a 69th birthday here! Outstanding waitress and bartender. Lots of seafood at a fair price. The best calamari is served here!
