Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Washington PA

The hostess sat me and my girlfriend at a filthy table with salad over the floor are french fries in the booth and ketchup on the table itself my girlfriend and I didn't even sit down we just picked the menus off the table and left and that's a shame because we had decided to spend our money at their restaurant it wasn't like it was busy there were plenty, plenty of tables open (2: 43 on a Wednesday) she just purposely sat us at that table. Or did not care.

The food was very good and the portion sizes generous. Love their reward program. As a plus, they offer a gluten free bun option for an up charge.
The only downside, the floor was so slippery I don't know how anybody doesn't fall. I mentioned it to the server and he said yeah it's like that when it's humid. I'm using a walker and was extremely nervous about the floors and trying to avoid getting hurt.

Great food, great service. They keep it cold in the restaurant so bring a jacket if you tend to get cold easily.

First off we got to our tables and we got 4 drinks 2 freckle lemonades and 2 cherry cokes. The 2 cherry cokes tasted like straight syrup and still held the consistency of syrup. The waitress had the nerve to say it’s supposed to taste like syrup. We order a burger which was fine, however we had 2 chicken tender salads and and they didn’t taste fresh at all. The lettuce tasted like plastic and the chicken was undercooked. The ranch was almost a solid. We talked to the manager and she said “is that it? ” Also when we got our food we had to ask for silverware, mind you it wasn’t busy by any means. Overall a poor experience here.

Friendly staff, not crowded at all, good food, great coffee. Burgers done to perfection and endless fries. Great end to a wonderful evening out celebrating the end of the pandemic.

I love this place.the food and service are 5 star. The reason a 3 is not doing covid right.saw the kitchen from my seat and 3 cooks had no mask and the food runner had his nose out of the mask. I won't go back until covid is gone

Red Robin is a nice and clean place. We were greeted when we come in and seated right away. We ordered drinks, buffalo wings, Swiss mushroom cheese burger with French fries and a Red Robin gourmet cheese burger with salad. All of the food was fresh, delicious and hot. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stop again.

Always seem to get pleasant servers even though I have heard tjey have some thatvare not. Food is good and meets special dietary restrictions. Usually eat here almost once a week.

Ok, I know its known for its good burgers, but thought I'd try something different. Got the fish and chips and was not disappointed! All our meals were excellent and our waiter Jonathan was the best!

Silverware & napkins should not have had to be asked for. Those burgers! We will most definitely be back again!

A very mediocre restaurant where the name is definitely misleading.nothing gourmet about a burger I can make at home on any given day.overpriced every day average fare.

For the price I paid for dinner here for five people you would have thought I went to a longhorn steakhouse. Burgers over cooked fries dry and hard my wife onion rings where soggy our wings and Yukon chips where ok. I'd rather go to five guys they have better food then this place.

The food and service is great but we like to sit outside on their patio but lately it's always closed even though weather is nice. The kitchen manager doesn't want to open it so we go to max and erma's now they have a nice patio and they don't close it. Their food and service is great too.

Well why 3 stars well It is because I can grill this size hamburger and add the same fixings as this place and they call it Gourmet. Thats strange in that case any guy with a grill some brioche buns, pickles, cheese and onions and a few different sauces can do the same thing. And to top it off it wont cost me 12 -14 dollars for a burger you know how much meat I could buy for that. Well needless to say if we hadnt been visiting with friends i would never have eaten there. Not impressed.

Very fun atmosphere and cool throw-back artwork. If you have to wait, (I never have) there's a big chalk board and a collection of smaller chalk boards that you can draw on. Their Campfire Sauce is amazing. Ask the waiter to bring some with your steak fries which are also very good. Never had a burger here that I didn't like.

WE were headed to Ranger outlets to shop and had a gift card for Red Robin. Since our last disaster in the Robinson location, we hoped this one would be better. It was! Great server good food.

Have always liked it here in the past but went last evening got a burger on a plate.no Bun no fries 1499 for a hamburger patty.added a wedge salad for my side and that was an additional 5.00.don’t try to eat healthy at red Robin it will cost you. Don’t think I’ll be going back

First visit. Burger was very good, sevice was good, friendly staff. Was there at dinner rush but only had to wait about 5 minutes. Good experience. Will be back when in the area.

Great burgers! Other sandwiches greasy, and tasteless. Staff at this particular restaurant we're not friendly, not helpful! Would recommend this chain, but not this particular restaurant.

Good food and service. Atmosphere is relaxed and the music is not too loud. What I can't understand is why a plain cheese burger is $10 and a specialty burger with all the condiments is $7. Other than that, good place.:)
