Wife got chili had burnt meat my burger had a soggy bun was not as good as it use to be they were a good restaurant not sure what happened

The food was good and the service was great. The only downside was how long it took to get the food.

Honestly never had a bad experience with a burger here. So juicy and so delicious and so filling!

I had the Cowboy double burger, it was nuthing to rave about. The endless fries aren't my thing (at all & I'm a potatoe fanatic!). My husband had the Mushroom burger and it looked better than mine. I took maybe 3 bites and i was done. My son had a kid's burger and a bottomless salad. He seemed to enjoy it. I tried to give him my fries and he wouldn't eat them. My honest opinion is you can get fast food quality food at McDonald's or Burger King at half the price. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they were busy & I understand how fast paced they were working.

Menu changed so my burger wasn't on there service was nice food was good just not what I really wanted. They used to have a bison burger. A little pricey for a regular burger but my kids were happy

On this visit, I got my free birthday burger. My birthday is in March but due to the virus epidemic they were kind enough to extend my birthday gift into May. Very nice of them.
We loved our meals, burgers and fries. Had to go through drive thru, dining room was closed. They brought our meals out to our car. I felt so bad cause it started pouring rain after we ordered. The employees were working hard running everyone's orders to their cars while trying to hold umbrellas. Absolutely love the freckled lemonade. Oh, and the onion rings are awesome!

Always have great service when we go here. Waitresses are friendly and attentive. The food is average and the prices are a bit high for what you get. Have gone once post COVID-19 green phase. Was able to sit outside and did not have to wait. Staff seemed very accommodating.

Love this place love the food but all I got to say is don’t order food to go here. Got pick up a few times and the food always cold. My burger wasn’t even fully cooked. PSA to management take more time with to go orders. It’s still a paying customer

Gluten free buns and fries available! My celiac son was so happy! Service and food are always great. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated

Visited Red Robin today. Worst chicken sandwich. Chicken was tough and stringy. The only bbq sauce was on the paper wrapper. None on the chicken. Won't be getting that again. Certainly wasn't worth $30.

I've always had great experiences and good food here. I love consistency but I love change too. The impossible burger of course, is the best.

Excellent service, food very good, a little pricey. Would go back but not too often. ($12.50 for my burger)

We really enjoyed our hamburgers this eve, have been going there every chance we get to enjoy a good tasting burger!

Fries burned, regular fries substituted for beer fries. Wait staff could've been more attentive like with other men customers, tipped accordingly. No mgr asked if everything was ok especially after 2 meal mess ups

I was disappointed in the hamburger. They used to be so great. Plus putting computer on table and no mention of a 1.99 entertainment charge. The kids thought it was complimentary. Last visit there.

Why is it even a question? Got mickyd's beat hands down same as a combo meal in price botomlesss drink, free extra fries and a great flavorful burger.but you do have to get off your ass and walk in to eat!

If you enjoy burgers and like to try different ways to eat a burger. Definitely the place to go

Menu has a large variety of food but the burgers are particularly good. The lively and social atmosphere was enjoyable.

Good food. Whiskey river bbq chicken wrap has been my go-to menu item for years. Wait time to be seated is never too bad, though occasionally the wait time for your food can be long, which can be problematic if you have hungry little ones.
