Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Chambersburg PA

The food was good had to wait a little for the service you order something you wait a while you order something else you wait a while you were just busy

Ordered some burgers, fries, and onion rings for our family dinner last night because we felt like some great burgers. We were a bit disappointed because although the burgers were ok 7/10 flavor, the fries were really bad 1/10 because oily soggy and limp fries. We really expected more after spending $60 for a family of 4. Kid's meal was a nice portion and they actually give you a real burger versus many of the other fast food chains 7/10 there. That was a plus, but the fries there were the same. Onion rings may have been the best part, crispy, flavorful 9/10. Fried pickles were also an interesting twist 9/10 there as well with great sauce and flavor all around. Probably a bit expensive for just pickles, but worth it on the appetizer for some fun and a new experience. Overall though, pretty dissatisfied with the experience and most of the fries just went to the trash leaving most people hungry after spending more for what we normally expect to be great food.

Best hamburgers! Very friendly service. Plus they also give veterans like me a free hamburger and fries on veterans day. Give Red Robin your business.

Service was not the best. They were not that busy and only say our server 3 times. When he brought the drinks, took our food order and when he brought out the food. Never checked back to see if we needed drinks refilled or the bottomless fries need refilled. Fries were about a small handful and burger tasted like a frozen patty that McDonald’s would have tasted better. Not our best experience there.

Paying 15.00 for a burger that's as big as a McDonald's hamburger is a bit ridiculous to me.

I got a delicious burger and fries and my daughter got salad and chili. She said it was some of the best chili she has had it a long time. Server was great. She made sure our drinks stayed full and we had everything we needed. Wonderful experience

Top notch dinner experience, the service was quick, and the burgers were fresh and delicious. This is a good Red Robin location.

Went there on black Friday. For lunch. Not very packed. Walked in and got seated. Waitress was polite and very friendly. Took our appetizer order. Didn't take long to come back. Got the onion rings. Fresh, hot and very good. Food came out as we were finishing our appetizer. Perfect timing. Food was hot, and very tasteful. Cheeseburgers are really good. Fried are awesome too. Restaurant was very clean. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody and definitely go back myself.

We went for my husband's 57th birthday. His burger was fine. I feel like more option for dessert should be given to birthday folk. Everything on the dessert line is chocolate and my hubby is allergic to chocolate.
My order was vegan burger wrapped in lettuce and it came out wrong. Once they got it right, it was not all that great.should've done the impossible burger instead of the veggie. First servings of fries are small; you'll need to get 2nds ordered right away, as they take a while to get to you. This Red Robin is short staffed, so you have to be patient with everything.

Great food and great service! Passing thru town and decided to stop. Sierra Dieffenbach was our waitress and she took care of everything for us. You can't go wrong with the Cowboy Burger or the Whiskey River Burger - both were very tasty! Definitely recommend a visit!

Enjoyed a wonderful visit for dinner. Our server, i believe his name is Suvash (hope i got that spelling correct) was amazing. The best service i have had in a very long time. He took our order (table of seven) without writing anything down (we had four of the seven with special additions and leaving out items) and when we received our food and drinks it was all exactly correct and hot. He took the best care of our table.

Menu is back to being limited again. I have learned to order the burger medium. I get it wrapped in lettuce and with salad to help me stay low carb. I asked if it could be served on a plate instead of in a basket. I use a knife and fork to eat my sandwich. There was no problem with it being served on a plate. I also was able to order a Truly for my drink. This is a good low carb choice. Both service and food were great.

Food was great and as we ordered, found out next time my girlfriend can order a petite burger.

Thought I had a blta this time and long Island was definitely a great way to kill time waiting for a haircut and awesome lunch with super busy, but friendly service

Sever "Gimme" was great, however food was terrible. Black and blue burger should be crumbles, not dressing all over. Garlic fries should be done with powdered garlic instead of raw garlic. Overall not pleased besides the server. $65.should have went to longhorn for that price. Also be aware, their menu is very limited. Not worth it

The staff was very friendly and the food was great! I have eaten inside before and have gotten to go orders and have never had an issue!
