Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Easton PA

We we’re having a bad night before we arrived. We walked in the door. We were greeted with smiles. They seated us immediately. Michael took care of us! He was awesome. We had a great meal also! We will come back.

I was here last week with my sister and her boyfriend. Let me start off by saying that the food was amazing, came out very quick, the atmosphere was very welcoming. The problem lies with our server. My sisters card wasn’t going through for some reason and the server brought it back and said loudly “Your card declined” in a loud tone to where the nearby patrons actually heard him and turned and looked at my sister who was in turn very embarrassed. It took us a little bit to figure out the payment situation and our server started rushing us! Once we got the payment figured out it came time to tip.we didn’t want to because of how blatantly rude and disrespectful the server was but we decided to anyways. We left 25 cents on the bill and we had to run out to the car to give him a cash tip and before we can even get the money the server literally CHASES us out and rudely confronts us about leaving the 25 cent tip without knowing we were grabbing him cash from the car and he shouts at us to “not come back”. Making a spectacle and further embarrassing us. I was extremely shocked he did that and at how rude and confrontational he was and I have never in my 20 years experienced something like this. Not to mention there were other patrons outside who heard the entire confrontation! I will be following up with a manager on this because that response was highly inappropriate!

The food was good but our waitress didn't pay much attention to what we needed, we had to keep calling her over every time we needed something.

Went for dinner with girlfriend and her parents. Her mother has a severe onion allergy. The waiter, manager and staff were wonderful with accommodating her allergy making sure she knew exactly what she was able to have cooking things separate to ensure her safety. Burgers and everything were good. I’m not a huge fan of chains but will definitely go back because of how professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly the staff and service was.

This place gets better and better. They helped my mom so much with her onion allergy. They used a separate pan to cook her burger. They had a clean fryer to make her fries. Its nice to have a place care so much. The waiter and the manager as well as the cook all worked together and made our little night put special after another restaurant had offered my mom nothing but a potato. Thank you for caring about people with allergies. They want to dine out too.

Went here on a date with the boyfriend. Quick and friendly service, good food, and a great atmosphere for a fun, affordable evening!

Very crowded. The waitress was very nice but not very good. The obvious things she was supposed to bring utensils, napkins, and straws were forgotten.

Simple burger order, with sides of onion rings. We were told in advance that the wait time would be one hour. We waited a total of 1.5 hours for the order, and my burger with lettuce (?) looked like this and the onion rings were, needless to say, not at all crisp. What a disappointing experience. I won't ordered out here again.

Was sick after eating here, someone wanted info, was there 4/20, at 6: 27, burger was cold but I was hungry, and was sick when I got home, contact me at Tm4bears@aol

Amazing staff always well taken care of by the local Red robins since covid my favorite burgers been missing I'm a big fan of the Blue ribbon Burger and thanks to the staff they were able to make it very close to how it was originally made even though there was nothing on the menu like it 10 out of 10 went above and beyond

Quick stop for a beer (RR1969)
and an order of crispy boneless wings which were both good! Service was fantastic! Will swing by again soon for another treat!

Everything as Red Robin was awesome! The service was tremendous and the food so delicious Waiting was minimal as we called ahead of time to be sure to have outside Seating!

Outdoor dining INSIDE pods, or bubbles. These plastic domes house a table in each of them. If you need a place with piece of mind and guaranteed social distancing from other tables, this is how you do it. Thanks Red Robin for making this available.

OH, and the Freckled Lemonade is something you should be sure your kids get too.

This place is incredible. When I walk in there, it feels like I’ve been welcomed home. It feels like family. The smell of the burgers brings me back to being a child at the 1998 4th of July party at my father’s house. The taste of the vanilla milkshake brings me back to my first date at the drive-in movie theatre. Will never EVER complain about this establishment, as there is nothing to complain about. So covid-friendly, allergy-friendly and overall friendly. Will be coming back for another meal! Love you guys keep being awesome!

The waiter was very nice and apologetic. The manager on the other hand, she was very rude and nasty. I explained this in my review on your website. I think your manager is a ungrateful person.

After nearly a year of focusing on carry out, we’re frankly stunned to have the experience we just had with our Red Robin takeout order.

Missing items, an incorrectly made burger (ordered without lettuce, included lots of lettuce), non-pink lukewarm burgers. This is what was handed to us for our curbside order.

We will not be back.

I haven't been to a Red Robin in probably 10 years. The strawberry shake was delicious and loaded with fresh strawberries. My burger and my daughter's salmon were tasty and hot.

Food was fantastic as always. Covid guidelines followed very well. Said we would have a 25 to 35 minute wait.my family and I decided "sure we'll wait", only waited about 16 minutes at most. Excellent service!
