Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Wilkes-Barre Township PA

My boyfriend and I always come here to eat, and we have never been disappointed. Delicious burgers and great service. Thank you!

Great burgers and very good prices, i had the cheesy fondue burger which is a límited time item, so get it while you can, the cheese fondue was great to dip the burgers and the garlic fríes. I also had the chili which is very meaty and flavorful and the black beans in it are so perfect.
My father had the keep it simple burger because he is old school but he likes a lot, he said it was cooked to perfection, and that the veggies were fresh.

Disappointed with my whiskey river BBQ wrap I always have gotten, this time and last (gave it another shot) chicken was very fatty, couldn't eat it uggg

Service was so so. We had a drink spill at the table and no one came to help. I had to ask twice for a cloth to clean up and they had me clean it.

Typical chain restaurant. This particular location has made it a habit to not offer re-fills on their "bottemless" fries. Our server was harried (too many tables?), which required multiple requests for staples like drink refills.

Don't let them sit you any where near the curb side pick up entrance! 30° this evening and every time they opened it we absolutely froze. We all ate wearing our winter coats.

Dirty dining room, food and paper from straws on floor, bench seat was broken, bathroom womens a disaster and had a terrible odor.

I've been here and had great times in the past, but I sat down and my group began finding fleas on our clothes, arms and legs. Promptly left and will most likely not come again. Server was welcoming, though

One of the best places in Wilkesbarre to get a burger. Love the bottomless fries. Their sweet potato fries are my favorite.

Love Red Robin but I almost always have an issue with the server. Now just yesterday my server was great but they were so packed and everyone was running around. I saw no manager on the floor helping out. Also there was a waitress on the computer trying to figure it out and having trouble. She asked for help from the bartender who looked over and started yelling at her and throwing her arms up. I thought that was rude. She could have helped her and not been so. Nvm. Lol

I went to get a drink and the bar tender says to wait that she has a to-go order to package. I was waiting 15 minutes for a table and all i wanted was a drink to make it bearable. Ugghh. Have your bartender focus on drinks only. When you have a bunch of waiters and waitresses that are all assigned different tasks it makes everything more confusing than it needs to be.

Used to be well run. Now at 11am, the restaurant is still gross from the night before, I was seated at a dirty table with a dead bug on it. The seats were sticky and the manchild of a manager wouldn't do anything other than act smarmy.
The restaurant had been open for less than 10 minutes. There's no excuse for the lack of accountability and the total lack of concern from the manager.

Service was fast and polite. A big plus for me are the gluten free options. My burger was great though the fries could have been hotter when served. They were good though.

Most recently, We visited on Labor day, Our waitress was fantastic, very knowledgeable on the menu & recommendations. She continually stopped by to make sure that we were OK & if we needed anything, Had a new water even before I need one! My burger was outstanding, with unlimited steak fries, I can't write YUM Big enough! Always a great experience, every visit! Noticed a sign when we were leaving, Red Robin would be closed the following day, for a mental health day for their employees! Bravo for taking care of your staff & Recognizing Mental health. I'll Always be back & support those whom Support Racing

We celebrated my daughters birthday with family. Waitress & service overall was exceptional. Had a good time & fully enjoyed their food.

Just 1/2 mile off Route 81 exit 68.
First time at a Red Robin. Parking lot is clean, interior also, which includes a very clean restroom (complete with paper towels and not that I needed them but they also have seat protectors. Maybe I'm wired differently but if I see a nice clean restroom in a restaurant I like to think their keeping their kitchen clean too. If the restroom is not kept right and the public sees it what do you think the kitchen is going to look like?

Ordered the classic Red Robin cheeseburger with a side salad. Forget your rare, medium rare, medium or well done choices here it is Pink or Not Pink!

The meal was very good, I mean for four dollar more than a BigMac it was much better, the burger patty was bigger than the bun and what's not to love about that. By the way they have a vegetarian burger (against my religion but it looked really good). The salad is all you can eat so I had to have at least two, so I did. Salad was fresh and crisp, nothing wilted in it.

Our server was Brittany and she was attentive and explained the menu for us first timers.

I skipped the beer as it was lunch and I have many miles to drive but I knew you needed to know about your choices. They have a large selection, not huge but big enough so that you'll find something you'll like. 16 ounce drafts are $6.99, there is a bottle selection as well (not sure of prices. Here's something interesting at least it was to me as I don't get out much, they have "Growlers" to go. 64 ounces of your favorite draft for $16.99. Perfect for a takeout for two with a couple of burgers and their buckle chips (fried pickles). This Red Robin will stay on my favorite list. Ps I took a photo of the beer selection, posted here. Also another important must know is that each table has that Wonderful Heinz ketchup! Zucchini fries with ranch dip were excellent, light, hot and crispy. Enjoy your meal folks.

Typical good Red Robin Food, great staff. But this location needs a deep clean. It's smells especially around the rugs and the walls are dirty. The whole place smells like fry oil so the kitchen needs a deep clean too. The tables and dishware were all fine.

Salad was too wet with salty dressing. French Fries were good, but the portion was small. Waitress was busy covering the bar.

Our food was great and our waiter, Jordan was absolutely the best! 5 stars alone for him. We are traveling through on vacation and he told us all about the area. This A+ review is only an "A" though, because the men's room needed some serious attention. We will come back! Thanks Jordan.

Seth our amazing waiter was incredibly attentive! We highly recommend you ask to be seated at one of Seth's tables or booths! Food and drinks were amazing, had us wanting to go back ASAP! GREAT JOB!

Red Robin never disappoints. The food is great and so is the service. Definitely going back soon. Highly recommend the Southern Charm burger.
