Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Langhorne PA

Our waiter must have been new because he got almost nothing right from food to drinks. The food was also overcooked and dried out. We had to ask the bartender for utensils, and the food took forever to arrive despite the place not being very busy. We still tipped 20% because servers don't make much, but he didn't earn it.

We were here on a week night to have a small family dinner for my son's 11th bday. It was my husband my son and myself, as a party of only three we hoped we would be able to walk in and be seated, but with post season baseball just ramping up and the Phillies playing, we would not have been surprised if we had to wait a bit to be seated. However we were shocked to find the place almost totally empty! There were two tables in the perimeter with patrons other than that the entire place was empty, so it was kind of annoying to be sat literally next to the service station/kitchen doors. Weird choice. Other than this, food and service were perfectly perfunctory, burgers grilled nicely, fresh rolls and toppings, nice clean atmosphere if not a little weirdly quiet (hope this is not a death knell for red Robin we have already lost a lot of good casual eateries locally, and it's getting harder to find a place for a quick family meal with a cocktail or two and this was just depressing there was way more staff than customers and they just kept wiping down empty tables and we had three separate servers check on us to the point we kind of felt like they were waiting for us to go.so we skipped dessert and we went. Stopped at Richmans on the way home for ice cream and that was a good ending to an odd night out.

Super accommodating (my mom has dementia & can get.vocal, they were so understanding!) The staff was all super friendly & the food was phenomenal

Had the fish and chips. Lite batter, tasty. Plenty of French frys. Tartar sauce was weak. Coleslaw was terrible. Tasted like dishwater.

I get a Birthday Swiss Mushroom Cheese Burger every year since lol? Lol I'm 67

The food was good. Our waitress seemed very unhappy from the start. The place seems like it needs some help in the cleanliness mainly in the entrance.

I've always been a fan of Red Robin, particularly this location, but a recent visit was a little disappointing. They were out of the ingredients to make a specific milkshake, no big deal, so I ordered a mixed drink. They were out of the ingredients for that as well. Hmmm, ok. I order a Dr. Pepper. It never came. I ended up flagging down our server and finally got a drink when I was almost done my food. We ordered refills for our bottomless fries, they almost never made it to the table either. Our server realized we never got them when handing us the check and brought them out. Listen, I get it. Stuff happens, especially now with places being understaffed and dealing with supply chain issues. Our server was a really nice guy and very apologetic for any mishaps. It certainly isn't his fault they were out of things. That said, the service could stand to be better and my guess is it's a staffing issue like most other places. These workers are stretched too thin right now. We'll definitely be returning because we really enjoy Red Robin, the burgers we're fantastic as usual. Hopefully our experience next time is a little better. Update on 2/25/23. We've been back a couple times since my initial review and things have certainly improved. The service has been spot on, and quick. Nothing has been out of stock in our last couple visits either.

Great food, great service! Got appetizer, drink, burgers, and dessert. All were scrumptious. Service was great! Very attentive.

Found hair in cooked into my cheese on the burger. They remade it but everything took forever. Chef in semi open kitchen had a beard with no net so yum… overall dirty

Update. Red Robin never responded to 3 emails after they asked me to reach out. Shame they don’t care about food safety

The staff at this location is amazing! Warm welcome upon entering, and the good service continued with our waiter. The food was delicious, I highly recommend this place. A great atmosphere!

Most of the staff here are not friendly although few is good. But I rather go to the one in Neshaminy which the customer service is always good.

Our first time here as a family trip in another state other than our home state. Food was good, service was great and engaged our kiddos. Thanks for that!

We ordered a family meal to go, highly recommended! Cheaper than fast food, and it was ready in 15 minutes. They gave an abundance of toppings and fries, Noone was left hangry

We got a table and no one came for 20 minutes, they don’t know what’s going on, everyone was following each other

We did not eat but service was fabulous. Very attentive. We were outside on patio and it was beautiful.

Service was a little slow to get a waiter assigned to our table. Two of our orders did get messed up where we asked for one thing, but got another. I felt that the chef needs to do better, can't blame the waiter for the food quality.
