Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Mechanicsburg PA

Wow, I haven't seen a Red Robin in decades! It was a nice nostalgic stop on our road trip. Food was delicious, just as I had remembered! Our server, Kelon, was an absolute sweetheart! He definitely deserves recognition for his lovely demeanor and attentiveness. Thank you!

Kids eat free on Wednesday. One of the nicer places to go on a budget. Table was dirty when we sat down.

Had a young man as the server late the other night. Very professional, food was great, hot and fast. Great service.wish I remembered his name. Deserves the credit.

Not so good. Server kept forgetting things and was really slow. Kids broccoli was almost raw. Refilled fries were soggy and undercooked. Ordered the fried pickles for 5 plus dollars and got a cup sized serving. For the price it was very underwhelming. Update: came in with a girt card and it was bad again. Server was lost. Food took forever. We were told they only had 2 in the kitchen. Salad was wilted le it sat in frozen pan. No good.

The food tasted like glorified diner food. The best thing I had was the overpriced milkshake. That was amazing! It's not worth 7 bucks, though. But the 3 of us who had burgers they were all over cooked. My fries were cold and soggy.

The server was great. Perfect level of attentive. Paid good attention to us without hovering. Was super nice and easy to talk to even though my nefew kept yelling. She handled our requests amazingly. Didn't catch her name, but if you read this, thanks again.

Went again as requested. The kids had a better time. We only did apps this time. They got the chicken things? They said they were okay at best. I was def over charged for drinks but it's cool. It was the girls first night and she did her best. Again great service. Meh food. Took my sister in law she also got the chicken things and wasn't to pleased. They were served over chips? And the chips ended up kinda gross because of sauce glooped chicken sitting on them. One of the bottomless drinks we got is described as purple.it wasn't purple when we got it. This time I took pictures. And to reiterate, again the service was good. Server did a fine job.

Ordered a burger and fries Apparently, I should have checked it before I left because when I got home I found the burger was just a bun and a slab of meat and absolutely no toppings no mayo no lettuce no tomato nothing now I’m really pissed.from now on. I will rip everything open and check it and if it’s not in there i will be demanding a refund

Very INTERESTING experience. When we got in, it was very clean, our waitress was a little overly sweet, and the food was good. As we were about to leave, I’m 100% sure everyone in that restaurant was in the verge of a heart attack. There was a kid’s birthday, and instead of singing happy birthday at a a reasonable volume, a staff member VERY loudly screamed to get everyone’s attention. I about flew out of my seat. Everyone was rattled, and even the kid looked traumatized. Please tell the staff to quiet down a little.

Normally I would give my service experience a 1 or 0 if possible, but the manager made sure everything was taken care of after a follow up call, and provided a chance for us to come back and try them out again. For this reason entirely, I am giving them 5 across the board, as one unprofessional waitress should not define the establishment. Thank you for making sure we were able to come back and enjoy with more times to come. Thank you!

Great meal! I’ve posted reviews for other locations and this one did not disappoint. We weren’t getting served so the nearby server immediately noticed and came over. She was on top of things and kept the root beer floats coming! She was also very friendly. I, actually hadn’t dined in a long time. Because of COVID, I did RR takeout. I loved the touch screens that allowed my party to efficiently pay, even with multiple checks. Food was delicious! I couldn’t really taste a difference between the old burgers and the new juicy ones. I thought they were both tasty! A milkshake is always a requirement for me when going. Prices are right too. The Promenade definitely needs more affordable dining for everyday consumers, as not everyone can afford to eat at Paxos restaurants on a regular basis.

The service was on point and food was served hot. The quality was what you would expect at an upper end fast food restaurant.

Went to this Red Robin location with my parents and my kids. Taught my mom my favorite cheeseburger salad "trick" (lettuce wrapped burger with side salad). My kids ordered the grilled chicken kids meal and with some campfire mayo, they ate the most chicken they've ever had at one meal! Our server was extra helpful and friendly! Very impressed

Me and my boyfriend got take-out. It was delicious and fulling. We couldn't finish our meals from how stuffed we are. Definitely the eyes were much bigger than the stomach with how much we had left over.

Our business ordered catering regulary from this Red Robin. Recently however their is a new manager who is absolutely horrible. He was rude on the phone, arrogant, and stated outright that he "Did not care if we ever ordered from them again. "

This location is very nice. We never have to wait long, our service is always quite fast, and ghe servers attentive!

The food quality has gone down. Patties have decreased in thickness by a lot. Not worth the money.

The food here is great! Never been disappointed. Service sometimes is lacking. Atmosphere is hit or miss. Tonight was a horrible miss for atmosphere. A large group (30+) was very loud, screaming (not exaggerating) and pounding on the tables. I’ve never gone to the manager for help. Today was the exception. The manager was very reluctant to ask them yo quiet down out of respect for other customers. Manager did not want to do anything about it. I persisted and had to remind her that there were other people here eating who were entitled to a more pleasant atmosphere. She didn’t seem to care. Did I mention the boisterous group had 30+ people spending $$ for 30+ people?

Manager was very unsatisfactory as far as respecting all her paying guests.
