Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Carlisle PA

After coming to this Red Robin every week for almost two years, my daughter ended up getting sick off the mac and cheese. I called and spoke to a manager who offered no empathy, not an I’m sorry that happened, nothing. He was by all means not rude but did nothing to rectify the situation. A lot of the waitresses know us and we always tip well. We will miss the kind waitresses, but will never be back. If someone gets sick off your food this is a serious health matter. Do better!

Red Robin serves some of the best burgers in the area. Burgers are fresh, properly cooked and seasoned and have great flavor. Bottom less fries are good as well. Atmosphere is acceptable and contributes to a good overall experience.

I've had some good and bad experiences at this establishment. It's wonderful that they offer gluten-free options. I've received some poor customer service from management previously. It looked like someone took two bites out of my burger, and instead of replacing my burger, they just gave it to me. Managent got defensive instead of trying to make it right. There is room for improvement.

Food was awesome I had the fondue burger it was fabulous. Sorry no photo was beyond hungry the service was outstanding.

The Manager currently has no care about his customers or their experiences. Going downhill

This restaurant is typical of most Red Robin’s and I generally like Red Robin, but this location is the dirtiest I’ve encountered. There was food and trash under the table, not just our table, but all of the tables in our dining area. Our seats were greasy and full of crumbs in the back crevice and I was grossed out to sit in their booth. Food and service was fine, but slightly subpar to other Red Robin locations we’ve experienced. I don’t think I’ll return to this location.

First time here and had a great experience for the most part. My ragin’ cajun chicken sandwich was delicious and so were the onion rings. My husband got a burger and said it was good. Fries and chips were pretty good too. Service was a little slow, but not bad. Waitress was sweet. Plan to try the one back home in Charlotte with the family soon.

It was busy for 2pm on a Wednesday, but food and service were great. Red Robin also updated their allergy menuso it's easier to find what you can eat if you have food allergies.

We were there today food was OK. The only real problem was there were ants on our table. They did move us to another table but I really think they should have comped some of the meal.wont be going back.

We stopped around 2: 30 on a Sunday. There wasn't a lot of people. It took a long time to get our food and when we did get it, it was luke warm. This is the 1st time, we've received poor service.

Update. Red Robin contacted me and asked me send more details. The manager then contacted me. I sent him more details and a copy of our receipt. He apologized for the poor service and is sending me gift cards to make up for it.

I come here about once a month for the avo-cobb-o salad.literally addicted to it! The food is always good, big portions, and budget friendly. The staff is considerate when it comes to asking about food allergies. My only gripe would be the booths, chairs, and tables are sometimes "sticky" feeling. I don't know if this is due to a cleaning solution that is used, but it makes me feel a bit dirty and looking for the restroom to wash my hands/arms. Like I said, it's just a gripe of mine and in no way deter me from coming back for my tummy salad!

Went there to go eat tonight. Waited over 5 minutes…no service…not even the drink order. The manager came over and apologized, took our drink, app, and food order. An amazing waitress. I think her name was EMILY then proceeded to apologize as well and we had exceptional service! Thank you to the manager and our waitress for making a not so great experience amazing!
