Red Roof Inn Hershey

Went on room only to towels, went to desk and he was not happy we wanted more towels.rooms are ok. I will never stay again

I wasn't expecting a lot for a Red Roof, but it was nice. There was construction across the parking lot, so it was loud one day. Luckily, I was there over the weekend. All rooms face that construction, so there's no choice to hear it. Otherwise, it's a nice area.

I chose them because they don't have a pet fee, and according to BringFido, rate was fairly reasonable at $53. However, upon showing up, learned the rate was actually $89 a night. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. We didn't take showers- too tired- so don't know how well temperature was controlled. Don't know how well the AC works- my companion turned it off.

Everything was clean, check in took 30 seconds, and it was 5 minutes from where I needed to be.
As far as motels go, Red Roof has never treated me wrong.

Pleasant stay in a comfortable room. The remodel is very nice. Walking distance to some great food options.

About 10 to 15 minutes away from Hersheypark and some outlets. A Vietnamese restaurant is on the same block and an American bar and grill is a 2 minute walk across the street. The rooms are small and cozy. No complaints from me.

Rooms were clean. Price was reasonable. Super close to the park. Enjoyed our stay. Oh and staff was very nice.

Staff was extremely friendly. Room was ok. Everything felt kinda damp but it wasn't humid. The room didn't look dirty (there were random kinds of hair on the bathroom floor), everything was wiped down but it didn't feel overly clean either. Stayed there two nights while visiting the Park, very convenient location wise and easy to find. There were a lot of guests with dog's, not sure if every dog was well behaved or it has good walls because we never heard them. Good price for what you get.

Shocking how nice this was for a red roof inn. Pool was cleaning and no loud noise from any other rooms but I did see lots of beer by the trash so maybe we missed the party.

Mopped floors with a towel after the floor turned our feet black. Rooms are otherwise clean. Mattresses are similar to sleeping on a box spring. Pool was never crowded and everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Clean and quiet. Front desk clerk was very accommodating since we had a very late check in. Would stay here again for a quick stay. Close to Hershey Park

It was a very easy process to book the hotel and to check in. My family stayed for one night and didn't want to leave. Very comfortable. My children loved the pool.

The Red Roof Inn at Hershey is a great place to stay. The beds are fairly nice and comfortable. The room was clean when I arrived, and had no issues with them. I reccomend this place if you are going to be going to Hershey park and do not want to spend as much.

The rooms were renovated and in good shape. The hallway and staircase were not renovated and not in good shape but most disappointing of all was the reception we got when checking in. The man that we dealt with was very unfriendly.

Nice rooms but would never stay again! Thankfully the smell didn’t bother my kids but I my self couldn’t stand it! If you opened the door the hall was much worse smelling and it would waft in even more! The next morning while on the shower my husband flushed the toilet while I was in the shower I got scalded, then while blow drying my hair I set off the smoke detectors, not only in our room but in the hallway and I can assure you my hair was not on fire, also had only been blow dry for a couple mins! When I called the front desk she came over and gave me a key for another room to go blow dry my hair in. Any time we went to the front desk there wasn’t anyone around you had to ring a doorbell type thing or call them which was a pain because I was traveling from a different country! Other the the fact that the room was renovated there was nothing else decent about this place!

Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and well kept. Nice location and price, especially for the holidays!

We've stayed here twice and enjoyed both times! Close to Troeg's brewery, donuts, and of course the Hershey park! The management is super nice. They were happy to meet our cat, and have a great pet policy! Very clean and great value!

Dump. Phone and fridge out of order. Snow and ice covering front stairs and handicap ramp. Remodeled? Maybe from a garage sale.

Service sucked, bathroom sink leaked all over the floor, bathroom door off the hinges, toilet seat was not bolted down, had to beg for towels.
