The room are very disgusting theres a water bugs and fly in the room. Bed and floor are super dirty

Hotel is completely disgusting. Mold in bathroom ceilings and walls. The in room air conditioning need to be cleaned out smells like Mold putting Mold spores in the air. Very unhealthy. This hotel does not spend money for any upkeep. Stay far away from the hotel and don't be tempted by the cheap rates. It's cheap for a reason!

If you want an ant/bed bug infested and dirty room, poor service, unkempt outdoor pool, noise from the highway and shady hotel guests up all night in the parking lot and outside of their rooms, book here. We have two toddlers and two adults staying in a double bedroom with dirty sheets, ant/bed bed bug infestation, no manager on duty, completely black feet after showering and walking within the room, ants covered half a pizza left above the refrigerator for 10 minutes, loud hotel guests making trips throughout the night to random cars in parking lot slamming doors and talking loudly all night. Front desk attendant could not assist us with any resolution because she stated she was the only person working. Zero call backs and multiple messages left to the front desk for the manager whom never reached out to us. We fervently DO NOT recommend this hotel and had our worst hotel experience here.

Best stay in Lancaster. Surrounded by Amish farms and Dutch wonderland and many other tourist attractive destinations near by. Peaceful, pleasant and calm.amazing food options available in and around.walkable distance to Tanger outlet which is a must visit for Shopping lovers. Good fact is that.stay is a Pet friendly too. Polite staff and good ambience and clean rooms.what else are required for a happy stay? Thank you for the service.i am willing to stay here whenever I am in Lancaster.

This place is by far the worst i have ever been to. I highly suggest you do not stay here. I do not recommend. You have been warned. This place really need to be shut down and tore down.

Bad attention from the staff, they should change the counter person since with that attention you no longer want to enter

The hotel was nasty, mold and need to be renovated. Not a pleasant place to stay

Towels, sheets and bathroom was nasty and dirty.

This is the worst place I have ever visited. I drive hours to stay close by a venue for my son, but the rooms were horrible. I asked the front desk to allow me to see a room before bringing my family up, and when he opened the door, the smell almost made me vomit. We then went to another room, and the smell was the same. Both rooms was filthy, the floor had so much trash on them, the bed spread had deep stains as if it was motor oil. We then looked at a 3rd room, and roaches was everywhere once he turned the lights on.
There is one thing I can honestly say about the entire ordeal, the front desk person named Dentist was embarrassed and upset that the rooms were that way. Dentist assured me that he was going to speak with the manager, and he was really upset. I do. It advise anyone to stay in this place until house keeping does a better job! Horrible experience!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I stayed here a couple times for work and it was bearable. I decided to use the hotel again because of the cheap rates at least during the week. My experience this time has been completely different. I found cockroaches in my room! I asked to move to another room and the front desk clerk acted like they were doing me a favor. They supposedly cleaned the room but immediately put someone else in there. Although they claim that they are having an exterminator come weekly I find that hard to believe. The hallways smell like cat urine. There are multiple cats in the windows and around the property. There was a couple fighting in the hall and there are questionable characters who live at the hotel who are always outside, watching you come and go. The rooms are completely filthy, and the linens are dirty as well. I would not recommend.

Stayed here last nite the tv didn’t work so we switched rooms. Thought ok not a bad ideal until about 12: 30 we’re getting bite by bedbugs. Don’t stay in room 236. Me and my baby were bitten

Do not book here. Upon entering the lobby, it reeked of smoke. I was charged the full amount when I canceled even after explaining my allergy to smoke. Go somewhere else!

~Update, responding to the automated "dear valued guest" message. 1s issue - The front desk that you direct me to, is the actual whole issue with this place. Instead of acknowledging the stench and accommodating me, he very directly said "no refund" per the cancellation policy. 2nd issue - there will never be a "next stay", 3rd issue - be sure to pick the correct automated message to respond because my complaint was with Red Roof Inn Lancaster not Greensburg. Furthering my point. "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE".

They get 3 stars because its mid. Everything was super mid and honestly i think what bothered me the most is that the picture on Expedia do no match at all what you get. Lots of locals stay/live here so its not really a place to retreat.its more of a pit stop kind of establishment. Staff was friendly! Rooms were clean 4 out of 5.but other than that, I probably wont stay again.

Don’t play the skill games there. I went to go play there today and the door was shut and locked. He told me somebody was working on the machines but, he didn’t realize that the camera was on the big screen behind the front desk and he walked away. I was watching the guy and he was definitely not just removing the money boxes. He was tampering with the machines 1000%. Then his assistant saw me watching this happen, and she immediately clicked off it even before helping the customer that had been there waiting for service. SO… I repeat do not put your money in the skill games there these people are frauds and cheats and need to be taught a lesson. Pm me if u have been a victim of these ppl and wouldn’t mind doing something to stop this thief.

That place needs a major change and deep cleaning the room where i stayed was dirty the carpet looks old and dirty. Behind the chair it looks like they haven't moved it to clean for months. Sorry to say but i will never go back there and i don't recommend it. I guees you get what you pay for

The rooms and grounds of the hotel are extremely filthy. There is no maintenance or care is visible. The room smells very musty with mold on the ceiling. Shower walls very dirty. You can see the dirt on the walls in the room and floor. Totally disgusting. The outside of the building is very dirty with garbage overflowing onto the ground from receptacles. Parking lot has lots of litter. Weeds everywhere. The so called deck by the pool is roped off for disrepair due to roting wood. The lobby smells like smoke. Just overall disgusting place.

If you're looking for a run down, un -kepted hotel this is the place to stay. There is lots Mold on the shower walls and ceiling. The room looks like it hasn't been painted and 15 years. Very dirty room from floor, dirt and all over interior doors, sheets, floor. Shower curtin filty, the bathroom door will shut all the way. The room and grounds of the hotel looks like a homeless shelter.
They is no money spent on upgrades or proper maintenance.
