Got in late. Reserved a room with 1 King Bed, got one with two beds. Floors were sticky. After placed a towel on the floor to catch water while showering. When we picked it up it was brown on the side that was too the floor. Despite being non-smoking, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Alarm clock was broken. Outlets on the night stand didn't work. No batteries in the TV remote. Only 1 wash cloth.

Honestly if I couldn’t give zero stars I would. When we checked in they gave us two rooms that were already occupied and then the third room was dirty. They double charged me and extended my stay without my authorization. Which made my account negative. They never offered any accommodations for this inconvenience. I cant even go get because they took my money. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. They also stated that this happens all the time and that was the general manager who I was dealing with. Please save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

Last stay wasn't good. This was last chance, gave another try. Highly disappointed. Asked for room to be changed, along with many other customers. 2nd room wasn't acceptable either! However, one person (nighttime) did his absolute best to fix and accommodate the situation. Called customer relations, escalated my case. Come back from dinner, manager was now on site but he obviously doesn't care about all the issues the staff is dealing with. New policy is your card is charged upon checking in! Otherwise, I would've checked in elsewhere and customer relations said they can't change our facility! Last stay here! Rooms dirty (filthy), property is going downhill. New owners and new management are incompetent! This place will be shut down within 6 months, guaranteed! FYI: 1st room had black mold!

I booked a room through Expedia and paid $ $77.33. When I arrived it was late. The front desk worker didn't ask for my ID or my bank card to verify I was who I said I was. After I got into my room there was blood on the top blanket which being it was 3am I didn't bother them and just took it off and went to sleep. The problem was at 8am when I tried to pay for another night and was informed they don't accept cash as a from of payment. I personally will not stay at a business if I know this. I'm sorry but with it being a form of us currency it should be accepted. I was raised and taught with cash. After I went and loaded my bank card I decided After all of that I would be taking my business elsewhere. Before I checked out I made sure to see if they actually clean their rooms. Not to my surprise they don't. The housekeeper also didn't appreciate having 20 rooms to clean by herself. No one is in uniform. So I literally couldn't tell if I was talking to a guest or an employee. There was balled up tissue behind my bed from someone blowing their nose. The carpet is not vacuumed under the beds or behind the nightstands. I would suggest if you come into town late as I did you do not use this hotel to stay at. I will not bring my business back to this hotel!

SAD, the staff will lie to you. Say yes when confirming the reservation, to have wst level floor! Due to health, then at check in the place you where they want! Reach out to Manger, District Manager and then his manager! No one could figure it out DON'T say here, very Old and run down! Many other hotels and shop PRICE LINE for best hotel prices! NEVER stay at this very old hotel. ALSO, it has been said that people rent from RED ROOF because you have NO LOBBY to walk through.there are illegal activities taking place! YOU have been warned!

The sink was covered in black beard and mustache hair, and the room needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, it was fine. I will definitely be going back.

Limited 18wheeler parking, shower hot, bed comfortable close to food.
Down side.floors were sticky, look like unmopped, light over sink was out so husband couldn't shave. It smoke free walked in to room it just about knock you down from pot smell. Then it goes away comes back evening and mornings it is strong unmistakable smell coming in the vents. Neither myself or my husband smoke or vape. It may be legal but it's not "smoke free" or "nonsmoking"

Room not very clean.when bed spread was pulled down observed a dry blood stain on the sheet.this bedding product should have been disposed, not used again!

Everything as expected and advertised. The canadian lady at the check in desk was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend for a budget friendly overnight stay.

I woke around midnight to use the bathroom and cockroaches were all over the floor. Do yourself a huge favor and stay elsewhere. The place is disgusting!

Room was ok at first glance but looking closer I had issues. There was garbage under the bed I guess the house keeping cant look under the bed. The bathroom needs attention (see pictures). I have work construction for a long it would less then an hour to fix so they should do well to maintained the rooms would do the guest justice.

I checked in at this hotel and the front desk worker was super nice. We expected it to be a good visit just base off of his energy. When we walked in the room the first thing I seen was a house roach. I walked in the bathroom and see another one m. It was no way I could ever stay here. I also looked at the bed and little black bugs was on the sheet. By far the worst hotel ever.

Do not stay here. There was no refrigerator and no breakfast. They were also stingy with the towels. The bathroom is ridiculously small and the customer service representative, Kaitlyn, was incredibly unhelpful.

I will start by saying the staff was friendly and helpful when the key cards did not work for our rooms. This will be the only positive thing to say. Rooms were disgusting. We found not one but three cockroaches, the rooms smelled like mold and cigarettes, and we were informed by someone that there was a breaking and entering a few hours before we arrived to check in. I will never stay here again. If you have the option, pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

Use to be our go to spot when we came to Pittsburgh but won't be staying there again. Room was dirty killed a couple of spiders thankful my kids didn't get bit. Remote to the tv hardly worked at all microwave had no plate in it. Overall the lack of cleanliness was just gross. Not worth the money and now I have to find a convenient new place to stay out.
