Never returned my call. They were recommended to me by a friend so I was very disappointed.

Visited Red Rose to get mirrors placed in my house. Anthony (the young man at the front desk) is very sweet and helped me with all my needs! They came quickly and did such a great job! Highly recommend to anyone in search of mirrors, glass, and screens!

The worst! They are a few doors down the street and I was happy to support a local business. I called several times and talked to an employee twice who assured me that they would be in touch to set up an appointment. I waited TWO WEEKS before calling back to express my disappointment with their customer service. The employee responded by enthusiastically saying ‘OK! ’ and hung up.
