I love red wing shoes, and the staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly.

It had been a year since my last visit, and the clerk pointed out some new items they started carrying since then, great attention to detail.

Was surprised how nice and easy it was to get work boots there. No pressure and Ben explained the different shoes very well. I'll be back.

Helpful and friendly service from the moment I walked in the door. Hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for in the right size. I’ll make a point of going back when it’s time to get them serviced!

You get what you pay for when it comes to footwear. If you want comfortable boots and help by knowledgeable, experienced, honest and down to earth owners, this is the place to go. Yes, the boots cost more, yes, some of them have a harsh break in period, but you will be rewarded with a pair of footwear that will be comfortable and last a long time if you have patience. The owner and his son are great people. They really want and appreciate your business and have went above and beyond for me multiple times to make sure I was absolutely happy with the Iron Rangers I purchased. This is what real customer service and appreciation looks like. If you have the money and are in the market for a good pair of work, hunting or even every day boots, go here. You won't be disappointed.

I agree with Jasan. Customer service from the old man is rather subpar. He's very inpatient. How dare he rush me when I'm willing to spend 200 dollars on these boots? ! Obviously I'm going to make sure the fit is perfect.

It was our first time at Red Wing Shoes in Carlisle, PA. We had a great experience. We highly recommend this store for you steel toe shoes, boots etc. Great Customer Service. We ordered Steel Toe shoes; it will be mailed to our home at no extra cost. He even gave me a piece of his “Jade Plant”. We will continue to shop and will refer others to Red Wing Shoes. The last pair of boots I'll ever own was purchased here. I have now worn my Mocs for 2 years. Every. Day. I live in these boots and they're as good if not better than the day I bought them.
