My 2nd time through the Red Wing shopping experience and 2nd time loving it. My representative, Keri, was super helpful and made sure I got the right shoe for my work site, with the right fit!
Can't wait to get a pair of boots next year.

My salesperson was very knowledgeable she showed me the different types of shoes measured my feet and took the time to make sure that I was completely comfortable before I made my purchase. She also suggested a care kit made for the type of materials my shoes were made of and custom inner soles and socks that I purchased

I was looking to just get in and out of the store, I knew exactly what I needed. Customer service scanned my feet and I wound up buying a couple pair of orthopedic inserts on top of my boot purchase. The service was great and Red Wing boots last longer and are more comfortable than the competition. I really like the King Toe model.

I’ve been buying my work shoes from this store (initially the Cedar Crest Blvd location) for over six years. The employees are always very pleasant, and very helpful. I’m pretty hard on my work shoes, but the Red Wings really hold up! If anyone asks me to recommend a good place to buy work shoes, I always send them here!

I recommend going when it is less busy. On a Tuesday around 10AM, the store manager (Carmelo Caban) and I had the store to ourselves. He wasn’t pushy, he was thorough with foot measurements and recommendations, and he answered every question I had about proper fit and feel. I love my work shoes. Great upgrade. Thanks Carmelo!

They don't have any decent styles in black and sales girl at this location seemed very pushy. She was insisting I get the dark brown which I clearly said I didn't want. Instead of actually trying to help me find a black boot that I'm happy with, she suggested that I "just buy the dark brown ones then get some ink and dye them". Ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Why can’t we get the 2416 2.0 super soles anymore. It’s been forever. Redwing themselves say they’ll make them again soon one day. Well when? I’ve been wearing those boots my whole life. I need a pair now. Now.

Typical shoe store that has 30 choices for men's safety shoes and few for women. Ladies were kind and greeted me as I came in. Army/Navy has the best selection for women's safety shoes

Bought redwing steel toes. Perfect fit. First quality. Price a little high for me.but seems to be great quality

I had such a great experience here! The store is clean, well lit, the prices are clearly marked and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I needed help buying new boots for my 92 year old dad. Carmelo helped me find the exact right boots and also a pair of slippers for my dad. I went in feeling unsure of whether this was a good idea and left knowing that because of Carmelo's help I had made the right purchase. Sure enough, my dad was pleased and I am thrilled. It's so refreshing to know that in this era of impersonal sales, there is still a place like this where they care and want to make everything right. Those who complain and place one star reviews on websites ought to remember that no one is perfect but it's nice that there's a place where they know your name and they really care. Thank you, Carmelo and staff for helping me help my dad. I am most grateful!

These folks are amazing, highly recommend the store and the boots. I was gifted a pair of boots from my employer but they were too big, came into the store and they exchanged them for the proper size without any issue. True customer service!

Very knowledgeable staff and a good selection of higher end footwear. High tech foot scanner helps u pick the right fit and insole for your foot. Good location and parking as well.

I bought all my Redwing boots from the original location off of cedar crest for the past 15 and had great service an they always had a decent selection. Most recently I needed a new pair of loggermax as the last were thoroughly used and abused. The staff was wonderful on friday night to deal with as I knew the boot I was looking for which was the loggermax and preferred non-insulated. First negative is the selection here wasn't the greatest as no half sizes stocked to try as my old boot was feeling a bit loose. Also no non-insulated in my size which was disappointing as well. Got asked if I wanted the imported version or the US made one which was more and I don't mind paying extra for a well-made US produced boot like I've done for years. Second negative was that I normally get the tuff toe applied. I was told that if I didn't hear from them Saturday or Sunday that they'd be ready Monday. Since I normally work 12-14 hr shifts I wanted to call first before going to get my boots on my lunch. Called several times and no answer. I decided to go and get them since they did say they would be done the latest by Monday. Went in and got told my boots weren't done. I do understand being busy but all weekend and that morning an no one could apply the tough toe? Got called Tuesday my boots were ready but couldn't get them till Friday with my hours. Got the boots home and upon unboxing I find out I was sold the Made in Vietnam version of the boot and not the US made one. After 15 years of buy Redwings from this store especially since they moved I believe this may just be the last time as why should sub-par service and an imported boot warrant a premium price tag? I really wish I could say more positives but the only positive was the initial interaction that Friday night.

The staff is really friendly and good quality boots. I definitely will be back to buy more

Excellent service! They did not have my size shoe in store they had to order them in which only took a few days. Very appreciative they did not try to oversell me on a different style or the wrong size like some other shoe stores have.
