An absolute nightmare to deal with. The first door we got from them was horrible, sloppy workmanship. The second door had the wrong pattern cut into it for the grip lock we ordered. So we get a work order to fix it. Six weeks later the work order is 'open waiting for scheduling' and no one will answer our emails. This company just sucks all around. Poor quality products and zero customer service. I have nothing positive to say about Reeb.

A retailer I was working with ordered the wrong door by mistake. Glenn Ryan worked directly with me to fix the problem - no questions asked. He texted me with updates, and ensured the right door was delivered ahead of schedule. Glenn is the reason I hold Reeb is such high regard.

I had a problem with a window in a Therma Tru door.
Reeb Millwork especially Ryan Apcar came thru when others couldn't.
It is much appreciated.

Bought interior doors from Reeb for 2 renovations. They are beautiful but there is a serious problem with the primer not adhering to some of the doors. This happened with 2 different renovations - I bought 2 condos 2 years apart and combined the units. Consequently I bought doors 2 years ago and the same doors to match now. Professional painter had a serious problem, the factory primer ran and ruined the finish. Doors had to be dried, sanded, re- primed and painted again. He tried rolling/brushing and spraying with a cabinet sprayer. I had to purchase the same doors to match but I would caution anyone from purchasing. This primer problem will cost you in labor painting.

I called earlier in the week and spoke with one of the Customer Service reps Elisha Clutter. I called at 1: 50 pm and they have a 2 pm deadline for orders to be delivered the next day. She did explain this to me and had a few orders ahead of mine. I told her I didn't want to call another supplier and she politely said I will do what I can. If she was unable to get my order in the system she would call me back. I received an email confirmation at 1: 56 pm that my order would be on the next truck. Can you say "happy customer", I (BMC) was. I don't know about the other orders but she made it happen for us and we appreciate what she done. Very polite, a pleasure to talk to. I did call again for something else and she came on the phone. When you can hear a voice talking into the phone and it seems as if they are smiling because they enjoy what they do, that to me is a good customer service rep.who values their job and takes pride in it. Reeb Millwork thank you for being a partner with BMC.

Horrible Business you should steer clear of. Good luck attempting to rectify issues with their corporate center in Bethlehem, PA. There are much better local businesses to work with. Beware!

Customer service made our experience go from a 1 to a 5. We had an issue with Reeb for a moment over an appointment and then everyone from the customer service department to the sales manager to the installer made us forget the issue because they defined customer service and made the definition even better. I was very angry with the manufacturer because they made 3 poor doors, got the runaround by the store Reeb supplied to that we bought from, and Reeb jumped in and made it right beyond right. They went above and far beyond to make everything great. They are the place you want to go with.

When I was a mill work specialist for a large box company they were my go to vendor. The service and staff were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly. Reebok Millwork also provided classes which helped me to be a better salesperson.

Installed a $5000 double door with side lites on 12-6 discovered the keepers for the triple lock devise on the passive door was off 1 3/8" on top and 5/8' on the sill. Had to move them to make door secure. Filed a complaint that day requesting service since the sill cap must be replaced and the pvc head jamb must be patched and proper mortising done for the strike plates. Iv'e paid in full for the doors and I'm out $4000 for the final payment from my customer, Today they inform they're very busy and will be out in 2 more weeks that will be 7 weeks since the first notice. They really don't seem to care and my 40 years as a carpenter have tough me it's time to move on to a different supplier

I am a truck driver and have made several deliveries here. The location is conveniently located off of the interstate. I guess the location is so new that GPS systems have a hard time finding it. Their warehouse logistics could use a little work. I had to wait an hour to be unloaded with only 5 units. Maybe they were off their game that day.

Seems like this company is having a hard time keeping up with demand, especially on it's semi custom products. I ordered a simple fiberglass door they needed to be cut down to a specific height. This was 4 weeks ago. Upon inquiring, they said it would be a 1 week lead time. Since then the distribution rep said it would be in each day after that. It still has not come in. I really do not appreciate being lied to. Poor customer service.

My contractor ordered a door from them in early February. I still have no door. Not only has it taken forever, they got the delivery date wrong by a week, then when they did deliver, it was the wrong size! I am going elsewhere and advise everyone else to do so. These people are idiots. How long should you wait for one door?
