Reebok Outlet Store, Hershey PA

Not as big as most of the reebok stores. Not alot of new stuff either. It's the outlets, I thought they would've been up to date with some new stuff. This store was a disappointment to me, however, hubby got a whole outfit plus here. Guess it depends what u like.

The customer service is marvelous and then it came from the store manager Orlando who truly leads by example. And I mean the patience he had with my brother, wanting to keep trying shoes on. He needs a raise for his patience and wonderful service.

Always great deals to have here and staff is always engaged and willing to provide help and courteous service when needed. Store was well stocked on my visit there and I came during a sale on shoes here thankfully so even more savings on top of already doing outlet shopping. Would suggest for those in need of trainers or active wear that won't bust the wallet.

Great prices, good customer relation. You always have options where to but. I always end up coming back.

Excellent customer service! I was assisted through the entire shopping experience! The door special was a $39.99 for women's or men's Nanoflex TR sneakers! I bought three pair!

I visited this store 2 weeks ago in need of some white reebok classic and I couldn't find the size I wanted so kole helped me get the size from the back. Yes! I was so excited do to his customer service experience. Thanks Kole I really appreciate that! Have a safe trip heading to college. Best regards!

Well, the manager in the store was happy to assist. Ended up with some snickers that they didn’t have replacement. The manager really help and adjust the price for convinces. Thanks and will shop there again!

Very poor and embarrassing customer service. Walked into the store with several employees and not one welcomed us or asked if we needed any help. They were talking about which “hot guy or girl” they would be working with During their upcoming shifts. This store is an embarrassment.

We bought 2 pair of sneakers for my wife. Reebok Princess Classic Sneakers. 60% off. We paid $20 per pair. Great price.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Let me also mention the Cole is very patient as I put him thru the ringer trying to find the right shoe. Reebok shoes hold up for a long time.

We have mixed emotions about this place. ENTIRE STORE 50% OFF (as advertised and signs all over the store). Isn't true. Read the tiny tiny print, and don't pick the shoes that aren't 50% off. We got 1 pair at reebok and 1 at Addidas. They lost a sale. Still good shoes, and the staff did what they could with the tools they were given.
