This is one of my favorite theaters however they have been slacking on the cleanliness. Went to the first show on a Sunday and the theater had not been cleaned from the night before

Hit and miss. Small town, old theater. You need these. But what's needed is a better system than the guy running the counter yelling at people coming in. No one should yell at anyone coming to see a movie. Owner should figure out a better way to operate this business. Maybe set up cameras and watch your employees.

People coming into the theater either have tickets or don't, want concessions or don't. Most people can figure things out on their own or they will ask for help. No need to yell.

Maybe get rid of those big space waster chairs in the hallway and replace them with ropes to form a Disneyland line corral or 1 long bench.

Online tickets should be scanned when being checked in, not manually entered = SLOW.

Popcorn should be buttered (salted) and in layers, not just the top. Who wants just a top layer of buttered popcorn?

It's your business to run as you please. These are just suggestions on giving a better experience to your community.

This has always been one of my go-to theatres. Out of all of the times I visited, this has been my favorite. This cozy & clean small town theater welcomed all the barbies in style. I loved the collectible popcorn bucket & reusable cup. The concession prices were reasonable & my movie ticket was discounted because it was a Tuesday. If you're looking for a theater to watch Barbie, this is the place!

This place is disgusting and dilapidated. It looks as if you would contract staph by touching anything and there are no assigned seats when purchasing tickets.

Very comfortable and pricing is fair. It wasn't crowded either and the ticketer was friendly and fun. We loved it here^^

I have a grudge with the ticket guy. Always throws shade when we having fun. If you can excuse his sass, you can catch a decent movie.

A nice little neighborhood movie theater. Clean, civilized at the heart of narberth. Parking can be a bit hard.

Me and my friend went to go see the new Avatar movie at 8: 55 on Friday. We’re a little late like 15-20 minutes. When we walked in the guy in there “ unlocked” the door so we could come in. Then he said they were closing which is an absolute lie because they had another showing at 10: 55. Because they said it was “closed”, I didn’t have enough money to buy a ticket, my dad gave me his credit card. When we said we didn’t have money just a card, he screamed at us saying they don’t take credit cards because the movie started (why can’t they just turn on the machine). Then he screamed at us saying we were a waste of his time, because they were “closing”. Overall, I have been coming here for years and they have never had good toward kids, their food is overrated and overpriced, and the theater is always crazy dirty and I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here. Side note why would I pay $14 to buy something that I can get for free on Disney plus for free in a couple months.

This is the only movie theater Ive been to in years. It is everything I want a movie theater to be.

Reasonable prices for tickets. Not the most impressive theatre set up but it gets the job done. Nice for a movie theatre situated in a small town.

It's probably because I was seeing a movie at 7p on a Friday, but my 1st experience at this theater was terrible! I went to see the new Dr. Strange yesterday and the theater was full of young unaccompanied minors who talked so much throughout the movie.like all of them.that they were being told to be quiet constantly throughout the movie and I missed a lot of dialogue as a result. I'm going to have to see it again and definitely somewhere else.

Other than that, the theater is a neighborhood theater with old-school vibes, which I liked.

Took my kids here because the bigger venues wanted proof of COVID vaccination that my daughter didn't have. Quite a nice place; reminds me of how theaters used to be, and I wish they still were. Every employee here was friendly, the place was clean, the prices weren't crazy high, and it sits on a nice strip in a quaint little town. I highly recommend stopping in for a real theater experience; where you're not just a number in their profit margins.
