The washer weren't the cleanest
I had to use more money than I should have to dry my comforters the dryer arent hot enough

The place is unsafe. The front entrance right side is locked. That's a fire code violation. The staff don't care.

First time coming here and it was a great experience. Very clean and orderly. Good washers and dryers. I like how the lady working there was very nice and helpful with giving us information about the card program. We would definitely be making this our laundry facility.

It could be a great place but a third of the washers and dryers are broken. The games are expensive and or broken (takes your money), the attendees are less than helpful.

I selected cold wash the water was hot.and the machine was supposed to be $4.00 and some change but was a little over 5.00.

Helps my everyday agenda by keeping my clothes in shape. And positive customer service, which helps a lot in the urban parts of a community

Good reasonably priced plays to wash your cloths. Did 12 loads worth of laundry for 13.55 not bad.

I do know whats going on at this place. The clerk refused to help me on Aug 20th at 9: 05am. I thought I would have to call 911. All I wanted is my white Refresh card to use both washer and dryer. She too my $3 and no card.

First and never trust the other customers in there at all if you have your card have it on you at all times and put it in your pockets when yiy done using it don't drop it or someone will take it like they did me. My experience there was like this I drop my card and someone took it in a fee seconds and other people saw it. So I went to the woman at the front and ask her how much it cost to get a new one she has an attitude when I asked her can she exchange some change into dollars and she said no ever when she had dollars. So I had three dollars and two dollars in change and me looking for a place to get two dollars for an hour to come back and get a card that cost five dollars.here is my advice if you have to go there make sure you go when other people not there so you don't have to deal with kids running around and also how the other customers have little respect for others with leaving carts in your way and taking all the good washers and dryers. If you have to go there take my precautions that's all you not going to get the best here work with what you have here.

The machines are broke, no refunds, no company website or customer service phone number is too scheme like.

Requires a $5 deposit you get back when you return the card. Washers are overpriced but plentiful. Dryers are cheap but also plentiful. Staff quality varies.

The cards don't work and the staff is terrible.
I was there Monday, January 29 at 630am. The man didn't know what he was doing and acted like he didn't care whether my new card worked or not. He should be fired.

I was told today 10/26/17 that I can no longer dry my clothes here if I washed them at home because of new owner. I still have money on my card that I payed for so there should be no reason why I should have to wash and dry here. The new owners are Chinese or Korean which I have no problem with I have Koreans in my family so this is no form of racism. It's not illegal for me to dry my clothes here so they have no right to say people can't dry there close here. Thanks for taking the time to read this post. Unhappy customer
