Refresh PGH / The Vault, Pittsburgh PA

Recently bought two pairs of Yeezy 350's but turns out they were fake. Still waiting on customer service to respond but I'm getting frustrated every minute!

It was a ok experience. There was 3 different sections of the store. There is many different shoes to choose from. And many different supreme stuff.
It was confusing finding this place. You can trade in choose for money. I am a shoe collector my self and I gave them a 250 dollar pair of shoes and they said there a little bit of scratches on it so they gave 20 dollars for the shoe.

Considering this is a aftermarket store the prices are fair/good, they often have great deals, the selection is nice.the customer service is good, they wont try to force you to buy anything when you’re in their store and will answer your questions if you have them.i have bought off them in person and online, their shipping time and prices are good.a great store for the area and has definitely influenced pittsburgh in the right way! Highly recommended.

Very outgoing and friendly customer service. Fantastic selection of shoes and shoe cleaning accessories. Store is always clean and very organized. 10/10 best streetwear/sneaker store is Pittsburgh.

I wear size 6.5-7 and its always hard to find anything good in my size. But refresh had good selection in kids sizes.check em out when you're in the arae.

I don't usually shop online but refresh always comes thru for me. Received my most recent order yesterday and the shoes are in perfect condition plus got em for a steal. Don't hesitate!

Smelled very bad and got a bad price on expensive shoes but they have a great colection and hope they would contact me and get me some of my money back.

Made an account just to leave a 5/5 review for Refresh. Stopped in with the kids and had a great experience. Traded in a few older shoes and got some credit toward a brand new pair. Not sure what other reviews meant about smell but it smelled like lemon when we were in there Ha. Thanks guys!

Upon entering you are whisked away into a world of color and style. Their selection of sneakers is fantastic and ever changing. With prices that let you come back for more.

The Refresh team helps that too. Fantastic guest service both online and in store. Real folks that are passionate about what they do.

Place stunk of weed and the staff was not helpful. Was made to feel like an outsider upon walking in. It’s a shame that there aren’t more options locally, because this place wouldn’t last in a larger city.

I called and asked if they could hold a pair of kicks for me until i got off work. Came in and they had them ready to go for me, great service and great deal! Emerald 11 lows for 80 bucks, couldn't pass up!

This place looks nice but was weak with there pricing on my shoes. I brought in Lebron 11s that we’re barely worn and they offered me the dub. I drove out here twice and the first time they told me they weren’t buying shoes and wouldn’t even look at them. Wasted 10$ on gas when I was trying to make some extra money for college.

It's a good store for what it is. The shoe selection is okay, but don't go in expecting stadium goods or flight club. I would have loved to find the right shoe, but wasn't feeling the options. Other than that, the store has a cool style, customer service was good, and the setup is nice. I didn't believe the other reviews that I read, but I can say first hand that it does not smell good in there

Low key was the wackiest experience of my life. Site musta glitched and said 350’s were 300. Dude try to get me to buy a size too big and then when they do find my size after hassling me to buy the nine instead of 8.dude gives me a “this white boy” look. Just didn’t feel like this was a store with customer service as much as it was a hustler capitalizing on hype shoes. Blue tints for 550.bro I’ll just go to Stock X or Flight Club

I really like the store, there are really chill staff that are willing to assist you. There aren’t to many options to buy stuff like this in the area. So it is really nice to have a store like this in the burgh.

Stopped in yesterday and grabbed some Gold Toe 1s for a great price. Store was clean, staff was helpful and the shoe i wanted was available, can't complain! Will be back soon, thanks Dev!

Glad i found refresh. Another local store sold me some fakes, so i went in to see i they had advice on what i should do. They helped me point out the differences between a real pair and the fake pair i bought and even dwrote up a letter that i will be using to try to get my money back. Very helpful and knowledgeable thanks refresh!
