Helen was very pleasant and interacted with me well. She made sure she understood what I wanted done and even repeated it back to confirm it with me before beginning to paint my nails. Definitely will go back! Much better service than local salons and price much more reasonable!

Helen it’s always the best she done everything so well I don’t care drive 30 min to see her the trip it’s worth it!

This was one of my actual favorite places to go get my nails done when I first moved to this area great staff great customer service fast response time great Network design prices were great but for the last couple like months or whatever and stuff I go there in the response time is horrible on Sundays especially staff is very rude it took me almost 20 minutes this for person to get to recognize me and I had an appointment I was late I explain that to them and all they did was ask me how could they help me and it took them 25 minutes to even respond after that I literally had to call the store from the outside of their store to get their attention very rude very blunt Unapologetic no sorry for the wait or any of that I don't know if it's just me or if it's just the day I came in there they were having a bad day but the visit prior to that I got my nails done and the technician that was doing my nails she was too busy conversing with the other staff and not paying attention and she cut my cuticles open with the drill that they used to file the nail down did not apologize or she'd ever taken put some stuff on it to keep it from bleeding not only do one day like that but she did three of them like that and had the tips with so much Super Glue on them that they were super glued to the under bed of my nails to wear when they pulled up they ripped my skin up I did not get discounted I did not get up apology and it took for me to tell her that it was bleeding for her to even acknowledge that I was in she had went too far down on my cuticle with the girls I will no longer be going back there and it's sad because they do great work when they want to but please don't take my couple bad experiences and does them if you love this nail salon keep going to it don't stop if you have not tried it go you'll like it they can pretty much do anything they want to in their great with freestyle and amazing whiskey powder ombre and they are great with the glow-in-the-dark powder designs so if you are looking for glow-in-the-dark nails and bright neon color nails they do special life not and I will not take that from them I just happened to have a couple bad experiences recently here

Without a doubt Helen is the best nail technician I have ever experience. I have been getting my nails done for years and have tried many salons, always in search of the best. I have now found the Best! Helen and Peter make a great team and both are excellent in what they do. No need to go anywhere else, i have found my forever nail salon.

I give them a 3 because I have personally never gotten anything done there but they seem really nice and the space is very organized and clean.

Small shop very popular with good work. I would give more stars however I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appt to get my full set done and I did not have one person working on nails. One would get up then someone would sit down then get up. Overall good work

First time there and will never go back. My chicken was still pink inside and my baked potatoes was raw. Wasn't a good experience.
