Regency Towers, Allentown PA

I lived in a single home for most of my life so moving into an apartment with two big dogs was a big change and the staff has been so kind and very helpful I literally have no complaints. Great place to live

Love the place. Mine and my fiancé very first apartment. Enjoyed every bit of it. The staff is very friendly. Just beware of the tiny dogs not the big ones lol

Rent has gone up, they switched from a flat rate gas bill for heat to inefficient electric heaters that drove up costs by hundreds of dollars a month, quality of living has gone down, the common areas of the building are filthy, trash is routinely not picked up, and the staff are never in the office let alone available during business hours.

Been living here for little over month now. Maintenance is super great very quick to respond with any problem we had. Only downside for me would only 2 of the 3 elevators work. But other then that. Ive been enjoying living here so far.

I've only been here for about a month and I honestly love it so far. The only issue I've had is with trash valet (they refuse to pick it up for some reason) and I just wish there was a bit more parking. But those are minor inconveniences and I'd still recommend Regency Towers.

-mice/roaches crawling across your home every day
-taking a nice cold shower a few days a week (wether you want to or not)
-consistent flooding into your apartment (via kitchen sink, ceiling, toilet, etc.)
-being charged $400+ for paying rent 5 days late
-having your vehicle vandalized in an ill-managed, ill-lit, un-surveilled parking lot
-unleashed/ill-behaved dogs crapping all over the property/lunging at your pets
-paying for “extra” services that are hardly honored
-property management staff making empty promises to fix any issue you may have
-taking a solid 3 minutes to jiggle your doorknob just right to get in/out of your apartment

THAN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Sign right up and pay $1,300+ for a one bedroom hostile with a *balcony*, that hasn’t been updated since 1998 and you will be right at home!

They won’t tell you about any of these issues when giving you a tour (obviously) so let me save you the headache. Let this place die, like it should have decades ago, and do not sign a lease here.

*P. S. * they will tell you about this program where they have “realtors” who will find you a home to purchase, and you won’t have to pay any penalties if you buy a home through them and move out before end of lease. THIS IS A SCAM. The longer their “realtor” takes, the more money the property management makes. THEY WILL NEVER FIND YOU A HOME. Its simply another false promise used as a selling point to make you sing that lease.

Simply put: DO NOT MOVE HERE. EVER.

I have lived here for 13 years.i am please there are times when management needs to work things out with tenants.but my floor is great.my neighbors are very quiet and respectful.i also have a great view of my lehigh valley

Top notch. When people ask me if they know of any good places for rent, I have 0 issue recommending Regency. I'm in my second year here.

I'm entering my second year. Many improvements have been made to the outside and the inside of the building. The office staff is great! They are very welcoming and the maintenance staff is friendly and works hard. The building is pet friendly, which is great, too! There is also a beautiful park across the street. I highly recommend Regency Towers.

Not even a resident and now I never will be. Had an appointment to take a tour as I am looking to move in the next couple of months. Admittedly I was 5 minutes late for my 12pm-12: 30pm appointment and when I arrived the leasing office wouldn't answer the buzzer. Was let in by whom I am assuming was maintenance personnel and was told someone would be with me shortly. There was a sign in the leasing office door saying they would return at 12: 30pm. I sat and waited for 20 minutes and met with no one. I left after wasting my time and will never return. If possible future residents are treated this way I can't imagine how current residents are treated.

Very friendly environment, helpful leasing agents. Everyone you run into says hello, very kid friendly and pet friendly! They even do pet of the month. Only issue for me was the fact that you can’t have heat until they turn the generator on in October considering that it’s usually a little chilly in our apartment even when it’s warm out but they are now changing to a new ac/heating system that you can control On your own anytime. The valet trash is super great it saves so much time. Just within the month we’ve been here we have already seen the staff here making improvements. I absolutely can’t wait for the month/ years to come!

This apartment building is 100000% DISGUSTING! Lived there for 2 years unfortunately, and the experience was an absolute nightmare. It is infested with Mice and Roaches, the building managers know about it and do nothing about it. They sugar coat it, and act surprised when it happens again. They are all rude, and unhelpful people. It was living in pure poverty there. They claim they are “luxury apartments” but the apartments are old, nasty, and dirty. Please save yourself anxiety and go somewhere else!

Love living here. Staff is great, people are friendly. Apartments are great. My view is breath taking. But the best part is the attention to detail from the staff.

I've been here going into four years and I can see positive changes always being made here at the towers. Staff is constantly striving to make it a great living experience here. Whenever there is an issue or repair needed in your apt, the office and maintenance staff have always gotten it repaired/addressed the same day! Also, they treat you like a person here, not just a renter. Highly recommended! I love the view from my apartment and you couldn't ask for a better location. Urban access and yet plenty of nature surrounding you. Right across from the beautiful Lehigh Parkway. 5 stars!

Great options when moving in. Took a first floor apartment due to not liking heights and I’m kind of wishing I took a higher apartment for a better view. Bathroom is a bit tiny but other than that I’m really enjoying my place. The ladies in the office are friendly and always willing to answer a question promptly. Had an issue with my heat and someone was there to make repairs within an hour.

In the mist of COVID 19, it's great that we can depend on management and building staff to always be available to assist us residences when needed.

I'm in my 4th year here & I must say that I've seen nothing but improvements from the new management team! Change takes time, and it IS happening. From the new, super bright, outdoor lighting, the new hall floor & wall paint, the super clean & modern gym & awesome outdoor pool-this is a great place to live! You cannot beat the location, just enough urban scene & nature, as it's right across from the beautiful Little Lehigh Parkway! City lights at night, & exotic birds singing & visiting your balcony bird feeder by day. We even have a local herd of deer that visits on occasion! The staff here are helpful & friendly. They treat you like a person rather than just a renter. Any repairs needed in your apartment are usually fixed the same day. 5 stars all the way, BABY!
