Regional Counseling Center, Oil City PA

One of the worst places I've ever encountered, and I've been in therapy and in medication for nearly 15 years now. Rude, judgemental, and extremely careless. I've had heart issues, muscle issues, etc, from the issues I deal with, because they would/will not listen or help in anyway, even when I asked to please have tests done, have release forms done from other doctors offices, offered to do urinalysis to prove I'm trustworthy (this area is bad with drug seekers), even asked for increases in the meds that slightly help, and they do nothing. It's disgusting. They have no humanity what so ever. Do not waste your time.

I like that place help me my medication but I don't like drive up 70 miles from my home and I don't like missing work lose my vacation time and I don't like front desk call me Honey, Dear and I not her son that really embarrassed and I like them not only couples things I don't like drive farther and not like call me Honey and dear. I would like talk on phone better than drive far away not missing work. I really want this work this out. This is really ridiculous. But they are doing good get my medication but others is very annoying

Honestly this place was the best place I’ve received therapy in years. Everyone is so kind and non-judgmental. I’ve been with them for 5 years. I have grown so much and have truly become a better person due to the work my therapist has done with me. I truly can’t thank them enough. I believe without them I’d be in jail or a psych ward, and I don’t have time for that. So thanks to everyone who works here for all the help, kindness and work you have done with me to make me the better man I am today. You all are truly amazing.

The absolute best place to go in my opinion. I travel about an hour just to go here because it’s worth it. The receptionists have always been very nice to me and my therapist is absolutely amazing at what he does. I have left the office feeling like a breath of fresh air every single time. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Says there are not in network with my insurance. My insurance confirmed they are in network. I was happy I found another provider that knows what insurance they accept unlike this place. Receptionist was rude which says a lot about the practice.

Under a synonym I'm typing this - as I believe I've been treated badly enough. I have crippling ADHD and anxiety associated with PTSD and needed a doctor locally to help with treating these issues bc I can't afford to go out of town - which I'm now being forced to do. They absolutely refuse to believe what their patients are saying, even with prior diagnosises and a request to release records showing them, (but some can just walk in and say they have something and be treated for it) or even ask questions beyond any illness that is depression related, that's literally all they will treat you for so avoid this place if you have any other problems.
