On March 4th 2020 I had an appointment with Dr. Bae, the office visit lasted about 10 minutes and that includes Dr. Bae's exam which consisted of him walking from behind his desk and pressing on my belly two times. Dr. Bae returned to his desk and said it was nice to meet you and told me to go upfront and make an appointment for a colonoscopy. I was very uncomfortable with the office and the doctor at that point but I wanted to give the Dr.the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a Colonoscopy anyway. Well what a mistake that was! My original procedure date was May 8th at 8am and the prep for the test was to be called into my pharmacy the next day. After 15 phone calls and 3 months later the prep was finally called in only to have the procedure cancelled by the doctors office three times. The first cancellation was because of Covid -19 which is understandable the procedure was rescheduled for June 26th only to be canceled for the second time, because the technician resigned and there was no one to do the test. The procedure was rescheduled for the third time for July 10th.five days before the test the office calls and tells me to go for a Covid-19 test in order to have the procedure done so I go and have the Covid test done. On July 9th at 11am I receive a call from the doctors office and they explained that their machine was broken and they will not be able to do the test at their facility "but we have a back up plan". The plan was.the doctor was going to use another doctors machine at a different office. While I was on the phone I explained that my Covid-19 test results were not back yet. The office person replied "Oh don't worry about it we will just do the test anyway"
I want to conclude with saying, I am not a person who complains about incompetency i'm the guy who goes out to a restaurant and my food comes out wrong and eats it anyway. In this case it could be a matter of life and death so make another choice and be very careful who you choose to put your life in their hands. I hope this review helps everyone so you don't have to go through what i did.

Dr Fanneli was my Doctor and he passed. The new practice is absolutely horrible. I’m on dexilant and linzess and had runnout and asked if I made an appointment could they give me enough samples to hold me off. Their response was no I need to be seen by the new dr. Oh and by the way this new doctor is only available Tuesday’s and Fridays so if you work full time like myself and barely have time for anything this is super inconvenient. The office manager was very rude and unprofessional to me over the phone and in person. I mean really I went to pick up my medical records to transfer Doctors and she threw them at me said sign and get out. Are you serious? Then when I went to ask her why they couldn’t accommodate my request she threatened to call the cops on me! Are you really serious? I’m glad Dr fannelis family sold the practice because the new practice is an absolute disgrace and dr Fanneli was someone who would make accomedations to the best of his ability as long as it was within what he could do. Always made sure his patients were comfortable and happy. Was a caring dr who made a difference. This practice will never get a reference from me. I have been coming here since 2012 they are unprofessional and i would be surprised if this place makes it very long. Stay far far far away from here. Not even worthy of a 1 Star rating but it made me select a star in order to post. They suck!

I absolutely Love this practice️! Everyone is so friendly & compassionate. I have to visit every 6 months, so I’ve gotten to know the staff very well. I am so comfortable & at ease when having s procedure. I am disappointed however, I haven’t been able to contact the office due to their transition. I understand, but was worried the practice wasn’t continuing. As of today tho, looks good

I have been calling for weeks to ask a simple question: when were the last procedures performed on my wife and me by Dr. Fanelli. I have been unable to speak to a person, only to leave a message for a return call. To date, no one has returned my call. I find this most unprofessional. Is there so small a staff that no one is available to look up our records or to even return a call?

Great outstanding service provided by Dr. Fanelli who is the best gastroenterologist in Bucks County and very proficient at his job. Regional Gastrointestinal Services is the best team in the area. I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Fanelli's office removing my hemorrhoids that was painless, quick and worry-free. Dr. Fanelli has an individual care and approach for every patient, he is always there for you in case of emergency and the doctor who really cares about his patients! Thank you very much for everything you do and the way you treat your patients!
