DO NOT CHOOSE THEM. They will overcharge you AND YOU CAN NOT CANCEL your contract even if it’s month to month. I sent emails & a call ticket for 2 months they kept pushing me to the same 5 reps and in the meantime got paid again & again. This month I’m had enough! One rep named “Leon, ” told me I couldn’t cancel you have to give 30 days notice as if I didn’t send an email last month to cancel & then dropped me to the same man with an accent of perhaps India to gather info again and have someone else call me - NOPE! I’m done card cancelled. If you notice there’s nowhere to cancel the account on the website either. Find somebody’s else guys. Trust me it’s not worth the hassle to have virtual address that everyone else has — literally we all use the same box number and all.

I have been with them for more than a year. They have a terrible billing system where they auto-renew your contract and start sending nasty bills. When I called and advised them to discontinue the contract so that it does not auto-renew, they advised me to do it online after finding it difficult to speak with someone over the phone. The customer service Rep I spoke with could have just completed my request by stopping it from auto-renewing but they did not. I checked my email and saw a delinquent bill and I called to complain. After about 5 business days they responded to me that they cannot terminate because it was auto renewed two months prior to current contract expiration. I will let the whole world hear about the rip-off service because this not my first experience of receiving unreasonable billing from them.

I normally don't post review but have to for this one. Initially, I thought I was signing a month to month contract because that is what we discussed and was told that I could cancel it anytime, but when I tried to canceled, I found out that somehow I signed 2 yr agreement even thought from the beginning that I was told that month to month. From the start I just needed a physical address to get my company incorporated knowing that I'll get the physical office soon which is what I have now. Btw, they have no problem taking money while on Covid-19 but impossible to get a hold of. I also sent an email directly to Christin Marsh and explain about the situation in an email to ensure it's documented which she never bother replying. Also, they starting charging extra mail service that they don't even do and and did it without my consent. When I asked about it is when they decided to remove it, yet they don't give the credit or refund for over 3months of doing it. This is one of the decision that I would regret and never repeat again. There is no way in hell that I would ever recommend Regus to any of my friends. If I could give a zero star, I would do that in a heartbeat.

I have been here for 2 years, when initially moving in we discussed a one year lease but they somehow changed that. As someone else also mentioned. Since Covid nothing has really changed or improved as far as the cleansliness of the bathroom. The cleaning companies do not vacuum or wipe anything down in the offices unless asked. Which makes no sense, due to the fact that we are in the middle of a PANDEMIC. The front desk lady Sheryl is SUPER RUDE, my staff and myself have experienced daily acts of microagressions from her. Corporate has never adressed any of our issues when we reached out and communicated our issues which can also come off as microaggressive from the corporation as a whole. I would NOT recommend, especially as a Black business. I would give this negative stars if I could. We are excited to be moving out!
