My daughter has been treated by Dr. Burg and we cannot say enough good things about the care, compassion and expertise he demonstrates. We are so grateful to have found a physician like Dr. Burg.

I was referred to Dr Berthold by another Dr.for persistent shoulder pain and have been extremely happy with the experience. Every appointment I have had has been with the actual Dr, and he always takes his time to evaluate me and check progress personally. Additionally the office is extremely clean and the front desk staff are very nice.

At the first appointment Dr. Berthold took his time to thoroughly evaluate me and correctly diagnosed that my shoulder labrum was torn (confirmed later with an MRI) and gave me exercises to help stabilize the joint which provided some relief. After MRI confirmation he recommended PRP injections instead of the traditional surgerical route. My shoulder was bad enough that if surgery was the only option I would have absolutely done it but figured I'd give the injections a shot first.

The PRP injections went very smoothly with both Dr. Berthold and Dr. Burg helping. Recovery was very easy with mild soreness for a couple days. Within a few weeks my shoulder felt much better, range of motion was pretty much fully restored and the tightness that had been ever present for almost two years had begun to subside.

I'm writing this review 1.5 months out from injections and the difference is night and day. My shoulder no longer locks up and the tightness around it is almost fully subsided.

I cannot recommend Dr. Berthold and his practice enough. Not only is it nice to have an appointment with an actual Dr.every visit and not feel rushed, the recommendation of PRP injections saved me from the hassle of surgery and a much longer recovery.

These docs are awesome! Very thorough, knowledgeable, ethical and have a wonderful bedside manner. I had both of them in the room with me for my PRP injection and it was (almost) fun!

I highly recommend Dr. Berthold & the staff at Rehabilitation Physicians. I first saw him Jan 2020 for a second opinion due to a torn wrist tendon. The ortho dr wanted to do surgery. Dr. Berthold gave me options & we proceeded with a protocol of non-invasive treatment. I have been discharged as of today (there were delays in follow up appointments due to covid 19) healed and pain free. Without surgery.
Dr. Berthold was thorough, communicated well with a good bedside manner. His staff are very nice & efficient. So all around, highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Justin Berthold. After months of back pain and several visits to doctors and chiropractors, Dr. Berthold zeroed in on the muscular cause of my back pain with careful questions and analysis. I feel like a new person and wish I had started here in the beginning. My back pain is now almost completely gone and my strength has returned by following 3 simple exercises that took less than 5 minutes per day. I will recommend Dr. Berthold to my fellow middle-aged athletic friends for sure!

I really like Dr, Berthold. I find him to be thorough and very competant. He has already made suggestions that have improved my physical well being and is following my progress as I proceed. I find the staff to be most pleasant also. I am very happy I was directed to this practice.

I went for myself to check these doctors out to see if they can help with my ankle issues. I learned new things about how to care for my ankles. I was given incredible treatment to help strengthen my ankles too.

I have to admit that Dr. Justin Berthold is THE ABSOLUTE BEST doctor in the area. He helped me rehab my way through a gsw with many-many complications. I can honestly say that I wouldn't be where I'm at today without his knowledge and expertise. I recommend him to ANY and EVERYONE.

I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Berthold as I was at the point of giving up looking for help prior to seeing him. I was involved in a car accident about 8 months ago and I've had very uncomfortable pain in both of my wrists. Everyone from specialists to my own PCP told me that I am young and I will heal. Hearing this over and over made the situation very frustrating Dr. Berthold changed that by simply giving me the time of day and hearing my story. If anyone reading this feels that they are in similar position as I was please call in the staff will greet you with kindness and you will be heard.

I have SEVERE CRPS/RSD and have seen all of the "best" pain Dr.s in the city. I wasn't comfortable with them wanting to put me on stronger and stronger pain meds. Then I found Dr. Berg. He has changed my life with his treatment approach. He took his time, actually listened to me and developed a treatment plan that didn't include a lifetime of narcotic pain meds. His office even calls the day after appointments to check on you and ask how you're doing. He would do anything for his patients, will fight for and advocate for you, will fight insurance for you to receive the treatment you need, talk to other Drs you see when treatments overlap to ensure the progress you make with him isn't accidentally undone. This practice, and the doctors truly care about their patients and it shows. I rarely leave reviews and as a fellow medical provider I'm super critical of everyone I see, but I don't have a bad word to say about the doctors and the practice.
