This company has some nasty drivers! Parked in the driveway of a rest stop in the middle of the night! Blocked in cars so they could not get out and ran engine high to wake up everybody for about 40 min. Asked to move and did not move just stayed there until he decided to go! You ask for details I-17 rest stop southbound side mcguireville stop mile marker 295 at about 1: 10 a.m. On July 29,21. I took photo but just came out as a blur with all the light this truck had on it! I also called adot patrol but by the time they came he left so call was cancelled the call! Check your driver elogs that will tell you your truck and driver info for that time and location!

This company was hired through a broker and transported a truck from Tennessee to Ohio. Upon delivery the international truck it was missing half of body. The driver acted like he had no knowledge of how it happened. The truck was loaded in perfect shape with no damage. They were given a quote for repair and refuse to pay it.
I was at the pick up location and the point of contact. I never signed any documents and they claimed they have the delivery signed. No one at my company signed any documents.
We have 30 employees that will be giving their review of this company because they have recieved the burden of business interruption.

They destroyed a truck during delivery and refuse to make it right. Blaming me for the damage that occurred during transport

Very Bad with picking up the phone calls i tried calling them multiple times this morning and they left me on hold for over 30 minutes and then just hung up, also when ever i call them back they pick it up and drop it right away. And i decided to try again and they picked up the phone and yelled in the phone What the F! Do you want! And hung up.just personally don't think how professional business should be done. Avoid if you want you dont want your day to be ruined.

Thanks Mr Edward for giving a little trucker an opportunity to lease onto your company. I am 7 years into my Reinsfelder career as a Driver and Agent. I am proud and Blessed to work for such a unique company that allows me to grow my business as big as my aspersions and dreams. I have tripled my size of my equipment and business. My customers and I are thankful for Reinsfelder acting as a big brother to me handling the office, payroll, paperwork, and safety issues as a reputable company should. Reinsfelder gives me the freedom to work as much as I want to or if I am swamped with work, gives me trucks and professional drivers to help me out in a pinch.
I have never worked for anyone who would buy equipment for me to help with growing pains and no contracts to sign other than my word and a handshake.
Thank you Mr Edward for seeing potential in me when the chips were down. I am looking forward to the 10 year anniversary at Reinsfelder already because I am still dreaming and updating equipment to service my customers. You are taking care of me currently and pointing me in the right direction with your vast amounts of knowledge in business, as my little business expands. Thank you sir

Lord, please Bless the Reinsfelder company, it’s employees, and the families they support. Please keep everyone safe and healthy during these uncertain times. I cannot tell you Lord how Blessed I am having Mr Edward and Reinsfelder in my life. You put them there for a reason to look after me and they are doing a wonderful job, I am happy to report.
