6Literally the best customer service I have ever experienced! This company is top notch. They were able to replace my broken phone screen very quickly. My smartphone is not a popular one and yet they had in stock the glass screen I needed. I paid around $180 compared to close to a $1000 for a new phone. There may be cheaper retailers out there but many times they only carry parts for the most popular smartphones. Recommend having this company take a look at your phone first before going out and buying a new one. Highly recommend!
I too sent a laptop with busted screen glass for warranty repair. Didnt back up data because, well, it was a screen swap. Warranty company notified me it was unrepairable. I called Relectro to try and recoup my data. They couldnt have been more helpful! Got my new laptop completely synched. Turns out they were only contracted to do work on phones. Warranty company wrote it off rather than have it sent elsewhere to be fixed for me. What a waste of a perfectly fixable laptop. But Relectro really helped me out when they had nothing to gain. Good people in my book.
I sent them a tablet with a broken screen, they said it was beyond economic repair. $179 tablet, $68 screen available on Amazon. You decide.
I sent my item to be repaired via Square trade. Not only does my device not work, it sounds like a maraca. I was notified that "the phone was checked" to see if it was working before it was sent out, but there is clearly something loose in there. Do better.
The personnel were very professional and customer service oriented. Their staff are well trained and produce quality work. The equipment that they use to enable the repairs is cutting edge technology.
My phone was sent here to be repaired, but I was sent a new phone instead. I'm there week after, my Bank account has been hacked, and I have been sent numerous spam emails and texts. Called to inquire about a possible breach of information, but no one has returned my call and it always goes to a voicemail when I call them.
