Reliance Mine Saloon reviews
12 Nice place to meet some new friends.
Just keep an eye on your mixed drinks, I think my wifes mixed was watered down a bit. I told the tender that it didn't taste like there was anything in it. I saw him open and, it was good after that.
Name was Matt, dark dreds down his back to the top of his shoes. Just saying watch.
My husband and I stayed in town a couple days and was looking for a late night spot on a Tuesday and we found this place! The bartender Matt (?) couldn't have been nicer! We had the best time! So glad we found this place!
This place is so cool! Such a neat little bar. The atmosphere is great and is super fun during the winter when the wood fire place is going.
A dive bar that exhibits zero class and more than makes up for it with ridiculously cheap drinks, great pours, and serviceable bathrooms. Perfect place to forget your problems for less than $20. Maybe $30 if you're a pro. Stop by for a good cheap time.
The place looks cool but the bartender cared more about her boyfriend and her cellphone than serving us
Cool spot BUT the waitress was on team mystic on pokemon go at work. So we had to take her gym.
Entrance was the best part of the bar! We had poor service on Saturday 7-8-23. Othere just walked out.
Really cool bar. Great service and nice selection. There is no food so I can't review that aspect. Check it out!
We saw a sign from the road for this place and decided to check it out. The entrance is really cool and looks like a door too a mine. The hall is really cool and looks like a mine shaft. This is definitely not a fancy establishment. So if that's what your expectations are it's not the place for you. The prices are amazing. You won't find cheaper drinks anywhere else in town. We ordered a beer and mixed drink and it was around $8. We also stumbled upon some locals that are known to frequent this establishment. I will leave it at that. If you give it a visit you will understand. Wonderful experience really cool place. The bar tender had dreads almost down to his feet. Very attentive & nice fellow to converse with. Definitely recommend stopping in for a drink. Next time we are in Gettysburg we will be stopping back in. Very diverse crowd never know who you might meet in here.
This is a little hole in the wall, clearly frequented by locals.
We have been here a few late nights during the Winter months.
Drinks are simple and reasonably priced.
The owner is kind and clearly used to slinging drinks for those there to party with friends.
A warm fire place encourages hanging out and drinking with fellow patrons.
The entrance is barely noticeable as you walk down the sidewalk.
You have to know, to know and pay attention to the small signs near the street.
Enjoy this hidden local gem!
10/10 would recommend. My husband and I were looking for a bar that reminded us of our hometown go-to and we found it here. The atmosphere and service were great, and we were even told the story behind the bars name. Perfect little dive that's hidden away.
