The office staff is great. Everything else not so. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED MEDICATION! I went for my appointment on October 31 and had my pain medicine called over. It is now November 12 and they are still waiting on the pre-authorization from this company. I am going through intense and excruciating pain with no medicine. They are starting to wean me off of the pain pills and onto another medication Which I cannot get and I have no pain medicine whatsoever with a broken back and fractures in my neck. I am in excruciating pain and I can’t get a callback from the pre-certification or pre-authorization or medication‘s department. They leave you hanging and hanging and hanging, if I had my choice, I would’ve just gone through my primary but they will label you as a seeker if you do so. Go anywhere else that you can. Please don’t put yourself through what I am going through because I am in absolute agony.

Thought this place was good but no. In August 2023 i was prescribed lyrica for my pain and fibromyalgia, was told that a appointment was set up 30 days after to see how I’m doing well what really happened was they gave me a appointment in October not September so when i was out of the medicine I called to see if i can get a refill multiple problems here You can’t call the office you go to only a 800 number which i called multiple times to which they said that they put a message through to the doctor for me after 24 hours i called again to which i was told he hasn’t seen it yet and to be patient (I’ve seen what lyrica does to you during withdrawal not fun) so i called my primary to which they said that they reached out and was told the same thing they told me and they didn’t wanna step on the doctors toes (his words not mine) finally had my pharmacy reach out still nothing so I’ve been going through these withdraw symptom’s because this office is unprofessional never going there again thanks a lot for the headaches, anxiety attacks and insomnia

I have never waited so long at a scheduled appt in my life. My husband was finally taken back to see the Dr 2 hrs and 5 minutes after his scheduled time. They need to figure out a better scheduling process for sure. Absolutely Ridiculous!

Love this place. Dr. Pete very professional. Staff very friendly. It is the place to go for pain management.

Called me on Monday to tell me my time for my procedure Friday, I couldn’t answer and called back within minutes but the staff was gone for the day and I was told to call back Tuesday, the person on Tuesday said they were busy and they would call me back later that day. I received no call and called again on Wednesday to which I was given my time for Friday, they went over all the info, or at least I thought all the info until they called me Thursday afternoon to tell me it was gonna cost $250 for my visit. I cannot afford that much of a copay so I had to cancel. Cancelling was a nightmare. I sincerely apologize to any staff if I was rude but this whole experience has been a nightmare and I have zero confidence in this company. The doctor was very nice when I met him but since I only dealt with him for about 5 min out of the whole experience, I can’t say it was enough for me to consider coming back. I’ve had the same procedure done in 2019 at South Jersey Radiology Associates and had zero of these issues. UPDATE: they called me this morning to see if I could come in early to my appointment that I spent so long cancelling yesterday. Horrid experience with this place. Hope you never have to cancel

They give all the help you can possibly get to control your pain. Top of the line staff to work with you and make you feel comfortable.
The receptionists in the front are sweet and pleasant and will work with you on any problems. This is definitely my kind of place!

Although Dr Purewal couldn’t help me because my pain is severely chronic, I will recommend anyone to see him because he seem to genuinely care about me. He went out his way to refer me to another doctor. Very nice staff. Very clean office
