Renata's Kitchen reviews
40I had ABLT with chicken plus fries, its was really good with goos portion. The staff was also good.the outside ambience is fantastic. Loved it.
This is a charming little restaurant just off Baltimore. My friends and I sometimes come here for breakfast, as do most people, but do also try lunch. Hearty portions of American food with international influences and good service make this a great place to stop and recharge. Although seating is limited usually you'll be fine without calling ahead unless you're a large party. If you're looking for a way to stop, have a cup of coffee, and recharge, is hard to go wrong with Renata's.
Grabbed brunch here. A delicious strawberry waffle. Service was quick and prices were fair. Would definitely visit again if I'm in the area.
Incredible food, though they're typically very busy. Make a reservation, especially for breakfast on the weekends.
First time here with my family for brunch. The service was not that good. We were not giving straws with our drinks, I repeated my order to my server and he still got it wrong. It’s like he was afraid to serve us! The price & the taste of the food is not worth a second trip!
I found out about this place on uber eats and the food there is amazing. They appeal to everyone rather you're a meat lover, a vegetarian, or a vegan. The menu is short and simple with makes it easy to choose what one want. I especially love the candy bacon and highly recommend it. All in all if you're in the area and looking for a awesome café with a great staff and awesome cooks. I highly recommend going to Renata's Kitchen.
Food is always delish, had the French toast and the Monte Carlo type dish and both were AMAZING!
Great menu choices and decent food, including beverage options. We were offered a baklava treat for Easter, which was delicious.
Received a salad that was incredibly dry and extremely salty. Also instead of having pita chips, it had croutons! This was ordered/delivered for lunch for guests. The salad was not edible; after a few bites it was thrown out. I called the restaurant twice to complain nicely but they never had the courtesy to return my call! I will NOT eat there again!
Very friendly service, strong coffee, and some of the best potatoes I've had. Go for breakfast if you're in the area!
My parents and I stumbled upon Renata's a few years ago when I first moved to West Philly and we most certainly lucked out! We all found something on the menu that we liked and my chocolate chip pancakes were so delicious that my mom couldn't help but ask me for a bite. Service is friendly and prompt; also a family friendly establishment which caters to children with a smile. They also have rotating specials that they advertise on a sandwich board outside the restaurant, such as the strawberry and whipped cream pancakes that I once ordered as a birthday treat to myself! Renata's certainly fits in very well with the diverse array of shops and restaurants on Baltimore Avenue!
Renata's Kitchen serves the best brunch along with some of the best Mediterranean cuisine in the entire city.
This place is a West Philly gem, with great brunch options everyday. Today I had the Shakshouka Merguez, which was amazing. Perfectly prepared, hearty portions and tastes wonderful. It's got a cozy environment and good service.
A hidden treasure in West Philly. One of my favorite places to have brunch.and the best is they serve brunch everyday!
The omelettes and the pumpkin french tost are my favorites.
Always love this place except they occasionally forget the bacon. Awesome staff though! Great food.
I love to stop in for a latte or come in and sit down for a date with a friend or a meal by myself. They are busy on the weekends, but since I live close it's easy to come in and put my name on the list and then wait for them to call me at home.
Definitely worth a try! Had amazing middle eastern food there and their burgers are also nice. Definitely ask for the self-made harissa paste.
The. Best place on Baltimore Avenue, great brunch on the weekends with Mediterranean and American fare with a French twist Yassir the chef owner and his wife Kate who creates the pastries turn out some top notch food.
Consistently good food every time. Kind and attentive staff. Breakfast or dinner or just a coffee and pastry to go- can't go wrong!
Pretty ok food, clean environment, good vibe, yet service was less than perfect. I'd recommend them.
