7I took a look at some items and living room sets to rent or possibly buy (cash & carry). I didn't like the end tables that were nicked up but they still wanted to rent. I received much information on the rental process, even though I haven't decided what I want to do yet.
The sales person was very nice and friendly service helpful and found the perfect sectional that I wanted
Staff unprofessional. Worst service. Would not recommend. If you purchase a device they illegally hack it.
Best rent a center I've ever been to the staff was amazing and the process was fast o didnt have all the money I needed and they still rented to me.
Did application online was contacted once was told furniture would be delivered that week. Never heard anything back from them. Within a 3 week span. I have called to follow up on my own order.each time there was a different excuse. I was told that they had to order my product then they lost my paperwork. I will NEVER attempt again with them. Horrible customer service, not reliable, and very unorganized.
Want some advice? Just save up your money and buy the item from a real store. They lied, buying from them doesn't actually help your credit rating.
