My husband and I have been renting with RAC for over 5 years and have never had an issue. And we still have and own all the things we've rented:)

I payed off my purchase and was told I still owed $47. So I payed off my item again, got the "Congratulations on ownership " email again, two months ago, and yesterday I got an voice mail saying I'm past due on my item again!
