3I am not happy with a purchase that I made from a refrigerator rental center, which was damaged. The door seal is still after several months broken, I am waiting for them to fix it, but they do call me to make the payment for the refrigerator and the incredible unprofessional of the employees and manager. This store is located in south 4 street Allentown PA. Bad customer services.
When I ordered a bedroom set online, I ordered a bedroom set that included a mattress. When they delivered my furniture they delivered the bedroom set with no mattress. So one of the delivery guys called the store manager he said he would handle it & have my mattress delivered the same day. His version of handling the situation was making me pay for the mattress separately which I didn’t want to do but I just accepted it because I needed a bed to sleep on. The mattress is paid off now but that was a terrible was to handle business in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend this Rent a center to anyone!
This place is a joke me my sister and my sisters mother in law went to see a sofa set that they had in a flyer and as per the guy there they didn't have it and said that the company always does that they advertise sets then they don't have them so be careful with them
