3Great communication friendly and went out their way to find what I needed
I got a refrigerator from them that I planned on owning. However, the refrigerator had a left over ice cream sandwich in in, the door was severely dented, and bottom panel on the fridge doesn't re attach. I recommend saving the money and just buying a brand new refrigerator. RAC charges you fees in addition with the actually price of the fridge. So, what you end up spending with RAC you could have easily just purchased a brand new fridge that wouldn't be dented and in perfect condition!
Also, read the contract! They offer insurance on the equipment but if you miss two payments the insurance automatically goes a way. So again, just buy the new fridge and at least you get the store warranty and the manufacturers warranty!
They are horrible they took my money from my account claim it wasn’t them finally we found out it was them they told me I had to stop the automatic payment I did and when I requested a refund they claim I can’t get one because I don’t have a active account
