Rented a bounce house for the sole reason that there was a promotion for $175. I was not told there was a $100 delivery fee, or a $25 Damage fee. I was also not told I would be responsible for setting up, and packing the inflatable up, myself. I couldn’t even move the thing while it was still strapped to the dolly.

Very happy with the service I got. The equipment worked properly, I got clear instructions on how to use it, and everyone was polite and friendly.

We have been using rental world for many years, they have fair pricing and a large inventory which makes things easy as long as you plan in advance. Will be using these guys again and again.

I will not be coming back here to rent. Have used them several times for rentals in the past and there has always been some kind of issue. But this past rental just made me decide to take my business else where. The lot worker who was loading tables into the bed of my pick up showed no regard for my property. I told him a table was not going to go where we tried putting it. And instead of him listening to me he decided to try and ram it into the bed anyway which while doing this he broke my tail light. I brought it to his attention and he just looked at me and said absolutely nothing. No apologies or acknowledgment of the damage he caused. Now this lot has a sign that says they aren’t responsible for damages which basically means “hey if we break your stuff because we don’t care it’s your problem not ours you shouldn’t have used or trusted us. ” So now when I have to spend hundreds of dollars to replace my tail light after it fills with water and shorts out then that cost will come out of my pocket even though I didn’t cause it. I understand accidents happen but not receiving an apology and basically being told it’s my fault for trusting them to handle my vehicle with care. Do yourself a favor and use a better rental service such as party rentals that will deliver or sunbelt for tools and equipment. At least those companies care about their customers and will take responsibility for accidents. You might pay a little extra but that’s because they have INSURANCE.

Great place for local tool rentals. They also rent party equipment but have never used those services.

The guy that helped me rent the 45’ towable lift was very nice and hooked it up to my truck for me and gave me clear instructions on how to use the lift. Lift worked perfect for what I was using for. Definitely will think of this place first next time I need to rent a piece of equipment.
