The company's name now is Rentokil North America - Ehrlich. Be aware of it! We've been a customer of JC Ehrlich for many years. Now we get nothing, but grief. Run away from them as soon as you can. Because of their awful customer service, call another pest control company! They can't schedule appointments regulary, everyone I talk to knows nothing! DO NOT WASTE your MONEY! Reading, PA

Run away from them as soon as you can. Because of their awful customer service, we stopped being customers. We even have proof of that as confirmation number. I requested service a while back as the basic treatments I usually purchased at the local hardware store, which usually work very well, did not seem to take care of the early spring ant & spider problem we have in my area.
They came in and did a couple treatments and I paid the initial fee. They were supposed to come back for further treatment but never did.
Initially they were polite and promised these treatments would take care of things.
After that, everything went down hill. Not only did they not come back they continued to send a bill for services I never asked for or received. Services that did absolutely nothing.
It took a number of calls but I was assured the bill would be removed.
The last straw was toady when I received a "friendly reminder" that I still owe them money. A thing I was assured was taken care of. Evidently not.
