Our salesperson Dave went out of his way to meet our financial and needs for my handicapped husband. I was upset when another salesman to the car we were buying out for a test ride with another customer even after Dave told him we were buying the car. My husband and I were not happy with that

The Rentschler staff was very professional. They communicated with me throughout the process and completed the service in keeping with the presented timeline.

This dealership goes above and beyond my expectations. It is a shame that you have to look to a out of town dealership to get this kind of service. I won't go to my local dealership for service since I didn't purchase my vehicle from them they don't want work on my vehicle. This is evident when you try to get a service appointment and are given one more than 90 days away. I didn't purchase my vehicle from Rentschler Chevrolet and they had no problem making a appointment and working an my Tahoe. I was kept informed about every aspect of the service visit from start to finish

The kid that works there runs the cars like they are his own. I seen him running lights and running the cars hard. I definitely wouldn't want him in my new car.

My husband just bought a truck not even a month ago. The check engine light turned on not even 10 days into driving it. They had us bring it in disregarded my husband concerns and said it was a oxygen sensor and replaced it. Not even 4 days later the engine light is back on and now the remote start stopped working. We have a new baby and we cant even trust that the vehicle is safe to put her in. I will never get another veichele here again. I will make sure none of my friends or family do either. We have purchased many cars from other dealerships and have never had this experience before.
