Between schedule and helping me when I got work and gota come for an appt. All around good folks and professionals.

I love Chris Renzi and his team. His thoroughness in addressing all questions is truly commendable, and I would recommend him to anyone seeking medical care.
I called as a representative for a patient to request a form to be fax to PA enrollment broker since they never got it. The person on the phone by the name of Stephanie was very rude, also refused to do it because that is not her job, instead of telling me she will inform the right department. Poor costumer services.
Absolutely love Dr Chris! The girls at the front desk are amazing! But good Gawwwwd if u need a referral you're screwed.if u call and follow the extension # it rings a ridiculous amount of time then dumps u in the voice mail. If u call and get transferred by the girls at the front desk it rings a few times then "mysteriously " disconnects.making obvious the call was ended since the voice-mail didn't pick up. Left 4 messages so far and have called way more than that.lost count around 10.
I don't understand why the phones are always off after lunch. Hard to get in contact with anyone at the office after 12 noon.
Both Dr renzi's and their staff are very understanding and sensitive when explaining issues and prognosis. Their staff at the front are also awesome and good at getting things done. Five star absolutely!
