The trash pickup went up $43.00 over last year. Not acceptable!
We are Seniors only on Social Security.
That is the increase over three months.
Every three months!
We don't even have any recycling.
No large item pick up!
Very poor value from a trash hauler.
The trash men are nice!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Emig. He came to my property to install a gravity bar to help combat illegal dumping. Even though it was not mentioned in his work order he noticed one of the rods on our garbage can was bent and needed to be replaced. This showed me mikes attention to detail goes above and beyond the average person and he’s not afraid to work just a little longer to ensure the products and services republic supplies are the best!

Very professional staff and excellent service. Jose D. Rosario picks up our trash on Mondays, and I will always see him get out of the truck and help out the loader to load the trash. He is a very hard worker!

Republic has been great to work with on our regular trash for our apartments as well as construction projects. Mandy Waltimyer has always been very helpful and gets things taken care of for us in a timely manner.

It was a pleasure to meet Mike Emig today. He had changed our damaged lids and cleaned up the trash on the ground from the animals getting in our dumpster over night. Thank You Mike!

We recently needed our service rescheduled due to a paving project at work. Chad Fogle, Colton Crouthamel, Michael Moore, and Jason Heindel quickly responded and got our route re figured out for what we needed!

Very dissatisfied. I've been a customer since September 2022. I requested 2 cans when starting service and have been paying that service rate ever since. I have exactly 0 cans to this date. I've called to inquire about where my cans are several times, each time I've been given a new delivery date, and each time that date comes to pass I have no cans still. Nov 9th is my newest delivery date promise. After speaking with the rep who scheduled the Nov 9th delivery she transferred me to the billing department and agreed that I should be partially refunded. The billing department was less than helpful and not very apologetic to say the least. I was met with semantics and wasn't credited with what I felt to be appropriate. In short, I am happy to pay the full service rate for the full service. I am not getting the full service. I still have 0 cans.

Amazing service and big impact on this city, keep up the amazing clean up work, i would love to give a shout out to an amazing hard worker Jose Daniel Rosario, York is lucky to have someone like him Republic Services is lucky to have him, he does an amazing job to York and nearby communities, give him a raise please!

We have been using Republic Services commercial roll-off services for many years. Our rep. Mandy W.has always been very professional, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we have. Republic empties/returns our permanent containers on schedule. Job site containers are delivered and emptied on time as well. They are the only company we found that will haul all types of material. Highly recommend.

Mike Emig was quick to swap out our dumpster at the Marietta Pioneer Fire Co.when we noticed there were holes in the bottom. Great job Mike! Thank you!

It is a pleasure to work with the can shop guys. (Chad Fogle, Mike Emig III, Gray Morrell, Ron Comer, and Mike Emig JR). We know we can always count on them to get the job done and right. They truly are in a class of their own.

I recently moved into an apartment complex in Lancaster that uses Republic and the service has been fantastic. The waste is removed promptly and the dumpsters and toters are always clean and replaced in a nice orderly fashion. Shout out to the team that services Bentley Ridge!

Jose D. Rosario is making a good job by picking up the trash, also makes sure the trash can is in a place where it might not move into the street when its windy outside.

Gloria Lefever is a fantastic Account Rep! She has been wonderful to work with and is very responsive with answers to questions or setting up bulk pickups. She is always looking out for the Community with the best ways to help them with their trash removal services. You can't ask for more!
