Run. The worst service I've ever not received. They miss either trash or recycling every week. Sometimes both. They don't forget to bill you though.

Horrible company. It's mind blowing how bad they are. They have missed more pickups then they have gotten. Really are a "garbage" company

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We’ve had this service since the beginning of June and they have not ONCE picked up our trash on time. Every single time I have called, and all they do is apologize and promise to pick it up the next day, which never happens. They have come to collect our trash twice over the whole 5 weeks. Don’t bother trying to contact the “local division “ because you will not reach them. Go to Whitetail and stay FAR away from Republic to save yourself a headache. I’ve cancelled my service and I’m sure it’ll take weeks for them to actually pick up the cans.

My trash and recycling has been missed every week for the month of June. My recycling has been sitting out for 3 weeks and not picked up. Have called every missed pickup at least 6x with the promise of them picking it up the next day. These are lies. What an unprofessional service and company. I'm planning to cancel my service as there's no point in paying for a service I'm not getting.

My company have been using Republic Services for dumpster rentals for quite some time now, and I personally have been in charge of acquiring their services for 1.5 years. I have been very pleased with the service they provide and their service team. Calling in dumpster swaps/drops is always quick, easy and efficient. Dumpsters are almost always delivered the following business day. The drivers take the extra step to make sure they do their job well and are always willing to work with difficult situations. My experience thus far has been nothing but positive and I have come to expect nothing but great service. Just yesterday I found myself in a pinch needing a dumpster the day of a demo job, so I called up my rep Harry to get something on the schedule-dumpster deliveries usually tend to be delivered the following day. This wouldn't have been ideal but was the best I had realistically expected to be possible. Once I expressed my situation with Harry he reached out to some of his drivers to see what he could do for me. He got a dumpster delivered 1 HOUR later. Truly amazing service. He could've very easily just threw me on the schedule for the following day but he went the extra mile and reached out to his drivers to figure something out for me. Experiences like this is why we are happy customers of and will remain loyal customers to Republic Services

We used Republic Services for trash removal & disposal and recycling. Scheduled for once a week to pick up both trash and recycling.

When they actually did come to pick up the trash, it was usually a day or two days late. In 6 months we used their service, they did not come to pick up trash 5 times. There was one total month there they did not pick up recycling. When we call to complain, they apologize and say they will pick up next day. They then do not come the next day. To pay for a service like this, and then not actually receive it is a joke. Based on the multiple negative reviews, I have no idea how this company is still in business.

Even after we cancelled our service with them, I have called three times to ask them to pick up the old cans. It’s been a month, and we still have them.

We use White Tail now. This company actually is proactive- they reach out to the customer if there is any interruption in service. So far, they have been prompt and pick up every single time.

If you’re looking for a trash service in this area, go with White Tail.

Currently a client and looking for replacement. Can't pick up bulk on time, drivers leave notes when they are too lazy to get out of their trucks on how to leave your trash. Lived in same town for 4 years and never had a driver leave a note because there were too many boxes that were broken down and put next to bin. Had them for 2 months and ready to switch.
