The space is not only beautiful but welcoming. The staff are warm and friendly. I've never committed to a skin routine until my first appointment with Nicole A. She listened to my needs and created an approachable/realistic routine for my lifestyle. Now I'm hooked with no regrets.

Received a gift card for a Rescue facial from 2 girlfriends who raved about it. And WOW! I definitely felt pampered! The service and the facility are both 5 stars!

I got an incredible facial from Nicole while on a trip to Philly. Now I want to come back just to get another! Nicole was so friendly and thoughtful, my experience was so relaxing and my skin looked AMAZING after! Thank you!

I book facials here a handful of times a year when my skin needs extra TLC. Every treatment I’ve gotten has been excellent. Even though it’s not cheap I think you get the value you pay for. The only thing I don’t like is how pushy they are about products. There’s always at least 2 items waiting for you at checkout, which does kind of ruin the relaxing experience. That’s just not what I’m looking for and I wish they would ask if you want recommendations instead of forcing the issue.

Rescue is worth the hype. My first visit far exceeded my expectation. The aesthetic design of the space is chic and sparkling. Cheryl executed a bio-lift facial and microdermabrasion with flawless precision. The experience was so relaxing it was similar to an entheogenic; kind of trippy! Ive had many facials but to say this exceeded all others is an understatement, and I felt and looked great afterwards as I floated home!

I have been going to Rescue Spa monthly for a few years now. The new space is beautiful and most of the aestheticians are great. I decided to gift my boyfriend a Rescue spa experience and that's where things went quite awry. He made an appt for a facial and the first time they kept him waiting 15 minutes and then when he went to check, told him it would be maybe ten more minutes. No apology, no offer to reschedule. When he asked to reschedule, they did it but gave him a little attitude about it. Second try, the facial was good but the lady did something really shady that was the last straw for me. She told my unsuspecting boyfriend she was going to do a dermabrasion like it was part of the treatment. When he goes to check out however, it was an additional $50. So basically here I thought I was giving my boyfriend a relaxing gift and what he got was rudeness and extra charges. So for future visits I am going to the Four seasons spa. The prices are the same, the views are phenomenal, they use all natural products, there is a relaxation and steam room, and when I went there for a facial they did an extraction for free and always mentioned prices of any added treatments.

When I walked in to Rescue this morning, I was looking forward to my service but not thinking about my next facial - I'm usually a once-in-a-blue-moon type of girl when it comes to a spa day, but I was so blown away by my service with Alannamarie that I'm already scheduled for next month!
I opted for the signature Rescue Facial, which also includes a sculpting and lifting massage (I'm not sure what sort of magic Alannamarie was doing with her hands but it felt incredible). I left with a few product recommendations and samples and my skin is absolutely glowing. As an added bonus, the other staff was friendly and polite over the phone and during check-in and check-out. Definitely schedule at this location if you're in need of some pampering, and ask for Alannamarie if you want to be in expert hands!

Unsatisfied with the haircut I got here. I showed a picture of what I wanted, a photo of myself, and was very clear about what I wanted and instead I got a very dated and out of fashion cut. Also have received a facial here but noticed no difference in my skin and did not receive any insight on my skin from the the aesthetician. Staff is lukewarm. The only good thing about this place is the retail area.

Pricey but pretty great! If you can afford it or if you're like me and have decided my face is worth it, and to sacrifice something else to afford this place, do it! Bio-Lift lift was heavenly and left me feeling fresh and toned. No miracle, but I wasn't expecting one esp after my first GO at it. I would do it again! Very beautiful place, professional yet friendly staff. The products are REALLY pricey (yikes) but I am sure wonderful as they were on my face that day. Lana is wonderful! Not pushy at all on the products, Simply told me what she recommends and left it at that. Oh and I want to add, the website is great - they actually list the prices which some others I look at did not which is super annoying. So thanks for that! Again bottom line is, wonderful experience and results, pricey but decide if you feel worth it!

Very expensive and the service substandard. It used to be a very good spa but not anymore.

Although this place is beautiful i believe it’s extremely overpriced and i’ve been here twice and none of the esthetician are skilled on ethnic skin i won’t be returning

Hi, I just wanted to reach out and give my kudos to Simone because she did such a great job today.

My boyfriend got me a facial for my birthday and Rescue Spa can be an intimidating environment for someone like me because it’s a very luxurious experience. In the back of my head I feel like someone’s going to yell, “Fake! ”

I walked in and your space is beautiful, expansive and pristine. The staff were all super sweet and welcoming. I went upstairs and Simone greeted me so warmly, she instantly put me at ease. She walked me through the process, checked in with me periodically and we had a really nice chat.

I just wanted to say thank you for giving me a really nice experience. I got to feel fancy for an afternoon and my skin is glowing from Simone’s amazing facial. I hope I run into you at the Beyoncé concert!

Called this place to set up a day for my 11 year daughter and my wife to do a mother daughter day they told me my daughter has to be 12 or older I asked why are you doing something dangerous that she can’t be there the guy on the phone said that’s the rules mind you my daughter and wife get there nails done at a nail spa and feet but a day spa can’t do it lol good luck.

New location is the bomb! Staff is always so thoughtful and welcoming. I love coming here for my monthly facials with Valeriya. She literally saved my skin after pregnancy (postpartum acne was the worst!). She is very knowledgeable about the treatments and the products that Rescue Spa has to offer. I switched my entire skincare routine and now only using the products that she has recommended and never looked back!

I absolutely adore Rescue Spa! I have been going to Rescue for years and it’s literally a gem in Philadelphia! The products are world-renowned and the services are best-in-class and the people there are so knowledgeable, sweet and attend to your every need! I can’t brag about Rescue Spa enough! RUN don’t walk to Rescue! Seriously!
