The place is an absolute joke to deliver to. There are no markings on the buildings telling you what side of the building the customer lives on and or what floor because the management there doesn't care and is too cheap to do so. It becomes a big guessing game because there's two sides to every building the left and right. Usually when I get deliveries to here I just decline them because I'm sick and tired of playing the game and then half the time when I try to get a hold of the customer they never answer me anyway, like I said the place is a joke.

The new management is horrible. They now charge hidden fees to move from your unit to a similar one and require you to resubmit both a security deposit and a background check. They also don’t explain any of the fees they charge when you move. Management also had a mixer in January and took a list of all complaints the residents had. Nothing has been done with that list. Not even installing security cameras to prevent more car theft. Instead they removed one dumpster from three buildings inconveniencing those residents. Just recently they said they’ll be removing the rest of the dumpsters by buildings 2 and 3 which means the entire left side of the complex has to walk their trash to the opposite corner and use the compactor. They essentially told us all in an email that we lost our trash privileges. Rather than fixing the issues, they create more and inconvenience loyal tenants. Talk to anyone here. They’ll tell you the same story. The new management is horrible.

New management has been awful since the takeover. Slow maintenance, inconveniences and extra fees.

Moving to the apartments down the road in 2 months. Similar place for much cheaper and more conveniences

Do not move here. If I could give negative stars I would. The place is sold every few months, the office staff is horrible & you can never get in touch with anyone. If you do speak to someone don’t expect any help. The portal is constantly down so expect to write checks for rent. You pay for everything, any charge they can get you for, expect to pay it. Maintenance does not come for yearly upkeep of the HVAC, we had to take the filter out ourselves because it was so bad & have yet to receive a replacement. Renewals are not done at a fixed percentage, they tried to match the new market with $300 increases. The rental rate is not worth what you get at all.

These apartments are really nice. I can't say what management is like as I don't live there, but the layouts and the grounds are really nice.

Such a beautiful place to live!
I lived at Harpers Crossing for 3 years (recently moved to Mass for work). It is a very well maintained place. There are areas to walk throughout the community. Variety of floor plans (I lived in Willow floor plan for 1 bedroom). Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a very quick time. Friendly neighbors. Ample parking spaces for multiple cars.

Great school district. Multiple grocery stores nearby and other amenities. Not too far from Philly as well.

I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out to whoever is moving to Langhorne, Yardley or anywhere is Bucks county.

This community is not safe. One night, I heard 13 gun shots in this community and police came. Crazy people are living in this community. The person who lived below mine hit the wall often. The whole wooden wall was shaking. Sometimes it happened during the night and woke up me many times. I called the office but they did not deal with it. The packages were stolen often. Half of my delivery got stolen. A lot of old and poor people living in this community and the office refused to install cameras in the mail area. Amazon noticed the abnormal situation about this community as it occurred extensively to everyone. Thus, you won't get refund from Amazon as they refused. The maintenance was terrible and they did not come for urgent things. I had to find a plumber to fix the urgent repair in the bathroom after I called tons of times and waited more than 24 hours for the non-stop running water from my bath. The maintenance also failed to come several times to fix blinds. I used A4 papers to cover the window and it got charged after I moved out. Also, the management office is terrible and super mean when you tried to move out. They charged a lot of things that was not supposed to be charged like vultures. When I called Geystar to inquire the bill, the person pressured me and threatened me in order to getting me to pay immediately on the phone. He did not want to give me time to check my lease. He did not allow me to call the harper's crossing office to ask any questions. I'm very glad to move out. Don't recommend you to move in.

Lived here when i was younger. It was the best apartment experience I had in my life. We stayed for 3 years. Due to all the free time we traveled a lot. When home I used the pool table, hot tub, and regular pool several times a week during the summers.

I feel this place is a whole scam and I wouldn’t be surprised if they pay people to make the reviews good. When I was living there, all of the neighbors were miserable. People were breaking their leases left and right when they could. Nothing worked in terms of amenities or was actually developed but everyone was charged. I had maintenance yelling in my voicemail box bc I told leasing they haven’t arrived for 2 months with my request. My request was my window falling out. Literally. It could’ve fell forward and hit someone’s car or someone in general. The leasing manager/office was absolutely awful. Would avoid people, kept messing up with fees and rent or would LOSE IT, and they focused on making it look a certain way so when you drove around it looked good but nothing worked and everything was closed. We were paying for upgrades we’d never see. I lost so much money living here and was not given my security deposit back even though I only lived there for 6 months before leaving and the place was immaculate. Corporate was no h elp either and nasty. I worked in this industry managing properties, leasing, turnover units, etc and this is not how things are done. If their customer service was better, it would’ve made things more tolerable. I really hope it gets better there but I wouldn’t recommend it personally. Not worth it.

It's awesome here. Great place to live for dog lovers and people who like a laid back vacation vibe.

Overall a nice place to live. Living space is adequate and lots of open areas on the property. Other amenities like pool, clubhouse, and grills are included. A bit pricey for those on a tight budget. Biggest downside - trash pickup is inadequate - often overflowing, especially on weekends. But service/maintenance has been great. Always responsive and quick!

We’ve been living at this apartment complex since October 2020 and we absolutely love this place! Routes 1 and 95 are a few minutes away from that help us to get to work easily, nice area, grills, fireplaces, pool, office room and gym, just everything you need for a great living.

Lovely well kept complex. I have enjoyed my stay at the Reserve (~5 months). I would certainly be resigning. However, my company is relocating me.

The units have an excellent layout that make them feel homey. The property is surrounded by woods and there is a pleasant sound of nature and birds always. This gives the property a nice secluded feel, yet you are minutes away from shopping!

The management team is nice and responsive. They have always helped me immediately. Maintenance requests are completed promptly as well.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the majority of the amenities. The club house is going through renovations. Additionally, due to COVID-19, the pool and basketball court have remained closed. It would be nice, but no attempt to compensate for the loss of use of amenities has been made by the management company.

It's a pleasant, quiet, condo development ensconced by woods in Langhorne. They recently redid their Clubhouse behind which is an outdoor communal area with comfortable chairs, 2 grills, a fireplace, small playground, and a dog run.

I am a current resident at The Reserve at Harpers Crossing. My husband I had experienced 5 good weeks and then the people moved above us. From that point on there’s literally been jumping and pounding by the child above. At times it feels like the ceiling is going to collapse. We’ve talked to management but they can care less and have done nothing. I am writing this on a Sunday and the jumping began before 7: 30 this morning. We will move after our lease is up but feel for whoever move in after us. The management team is young and ineffective. Polite as they get you in the door but useless after that.

I moved there coming from other Windsor community in Doral Fl, so I did expected the luxury but right from the beginning I noticed that was not true because they did not meet the Windsor luxury way of living. There was nobody to clean the halls, the was no package services, so it was very disappointing no wonder Windsor sold the property. I had a lot of downs in my life at the time and the staff had no heart. So I would no recommend to anyone. They made my life harder. Stay away from this place.
